There appears to be rust.  The engine turns over.

“I have been in the process of getting this jeep restarted. It has a good engine which turns over well with the new starter and battery. It has new plugs,wires, distributor, voltage regulator and a completely rebuilt carburetor. Tow bar, whole drivetrain (both axles,tranny, transfer case & drive shafts appears in good condition. Front Grille and body is good rear body is rough. I own an automotive shop and don’t have the extra time to spend continuing this project. I’d like to find a good home for it.
