This looks like a good restoration completed by Willys Jeep Restorations in Ohio.  You can see the restoration process here. It appears a trailer is included in the sale.

“This Jeep and trailer were professionally restored by Bruce Uher with Willys Jeep Restoration. For complete history on this vehicle go to displayjeeps.com and select misc pictures and M38 for El Paso Tx, VFW Post pictures. You will not find a better jeep than this one. 1947 CJ-2A Fair Play, MO **SOLD**

• CATEGORIES: CJ-2A • TAGS: , This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.

Though there are a few things left to do on this jeep, it looks nicely refurbished.

“The new owner of this 1947 CJ2A Willys Jeep will get to decide on the color and how much tint if any they want on the windshield glass. Those are about the only large items that need to be done yet. In addition, the new light harness needs to be installed and there are a few other minor items to be completed. All the big stuff is done. There is a new steel body sitting on an un-modified frame. It has new brakes, brake lines, NDT tires & tubes and exhaust system. It has a new battery and proper sized battery cables. The engine was professionally rebuilt as was the transmission/transfer case. Frame was cleaned and painted when the body was off. There is some very minor rust through on the rear cross member that is covered by the draw bar that comes with it. It runs well in both 2 & 4 WD. It is titled but not licensed so it has only been run on our property and a few back roads. I would guess the engine only has about 20 hours on it. Seats have new cushions and covers. Gauges and steering wheel are new. This CJ2A has been done correctly with no cut corners. It is being sold due to health issues that will not allow me to enjoy it when completed so the new owner may as well have their pick of color for it. There are many spare parts that will be included with the sale.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2000.

This looks like a great price!

“Selling a Jeep Willys FC-170 w/ a dump bed and w/ wide snow plow.

This jeep has a heavy duty dump bed and a heavy snow duty snow plow. The motor ran when we parked it a few years ago. We drove it to were it sits now. The engine did need a tuneup and potentially more. The dump bed was working off the motor driven hydraulics when we parked it as well as can be seen in the pictures.

Email us if you are interested or have questions about it.

There is also 2 other FC-170’s with different configurations (one is a flat bed, $500, and one is a utility bed, $800) that are for sale. $2,000.00 for all 3.”

(10/21/2012) If this is a 1941, it should have a squared gas tank and be a slatgrille.  I did a search for a “General Ralph Pangonis”, but could only find a General William Pangonis, who supervised logistical operations during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

“I just finished restoring this jeep from the ground up as you can see from the pictures. Most every new part came from ” Kaiser Willys jeep” part house.I have all receipts. Everything either new or rebuilt. Frame has been sandblasted, primed and painted. The body was redone and the underside was undercoated with bedliner to protect it from the weather. All new brakes, excluding the master cyl. brake lines, wheel cyls, shoes and e energy brake too. The engine is from a 1953 Willys Truck, F- Head, 134. Runs great ,doesn’t use any oil. Holds good oil pressure. Has new Holly Carburator, fuel punp, water pump, clutch, preasureplate and throw out bearing. New radiator. The 3 speed trany and transfer have been professionally rebuilt and so has the front 4 wheel drive axle. New stock exhaust .New 12volt wiring. Has a rebuilt heater. New chrome wheels . rear tires are new, fronts are in good condition. The windshield is from a 1950 CJ3a for better viewing with new glass and rubber. The milage is not correct since the speedometer is a aftermarket one that I already had.I have driven it about 50 miles since I completed it. Everything seem to be working good. I have tried to fair and explane everything I can about the jeep.”

1952 M-38A1 Saint Petersburg, FL on eBay

• CATEGORIES: M-38A1 • TAGS: , This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

This looks nice, it’s cleaned and painted with some care.  But . . . here’s my thing . . .I guess when someone describes a jeep as “museum quality” and “pristine condition” I have certain expectations (despite some of the poor museum jeeps we’ve documented herein).  So, if his were my museum piece, the lettering would be different on the hood (not marked 52-m38A1), the engine parts would not be all painted like they are here, and the steering column wouldn’t be off color (unless that’s a color option I didn’t know about).  It also appears this should have the hinged grille, but the hinges are missing.

” This Jeep is in pristine condition and has been restored to museum quality inside and out by the Armed Forces History Museum.  It includes a non-functional removable 30 caliber machine gun.”

1962 M-170 Hemet, CA **SOLD**

• CATEGORIES: M-170 • TAGS: This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

UPDATE: Was on eBay. **SOLD**

I like this one.  It has some early Civil Air Patrol stickers on it.

“1962 Jeep Willy Stretch M170 Ambulance. Government called for 6000 M170’s to be made. Production between 1953 and 1963. The government stopped production at 4155 M170’s, so I have been told by some sources that I have spoken with. The motor is a 4 cylinder F Hurricane Flathead 134. It has a 24 volt system, transmission is a T90. A model 18 transfer case and is equipped for a fording system. The jeep is all original and runs very good. There are no mechanical defects known. It is in good condition, even the tires are original. It was used in the Air Corps and still has original stickers and original Government plates (located under updated DMV plates.) Vehicle has a clear DMV title. No registration issues. The jeep has 32,288 miles on the engine as of date of listing. I drive it periodically to keep engine from sitting. It has a new rebuilt radiator, new water pump, new thermostat and housing and hoses. It also has a new master cylinder and fording spark plugs.”

1951 Wagon Mill Valley, CA **SOLD**

• CATEGORIES: Willys Wagons • TAGS: , This site contains affiliate links for which I may be compensated.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $17,995

This looks real nice, though for the price I’d expect the engine compartment to be more polished.

“This car is a real ‘head turner’! People love to see it on the street. We get a lot of waves and thumbs-up. The car starts immediately, runs smoothly and drives easily.

Chassis is solid with no rust. Body is in excellent condition. (Minor rust at the bottom of the driver’s door and the bottom of the tailgate – see photos.)
Great color combination with simulated “Woody” scheme.

This Willys Station Wagon is original and complete. Includes the rare rear seat which is often lost or removed from these older cars.

Although very nice, this is not a “concours” car. (I did, however, show it at the Marin-Sonoma Concours in 2011.) It’s a fun driver with a lot of curb appeal.
(It wouldn’t take too much to refine the car to ‘show car’ condition.)

Engine: F-6, 685, “Hurricane” OHV 6 cylinder; 161 cu. in.; 90 h.p.
Transmission: 3-speed with column shifter (with optional electric overdrive)

Also included with the sale:
A collection of advertising and dealer promotional literature. (see web page)
Owner’s Manual and Mechanic’s Manual.
Some photos, and many receipts that document the restoration are included.

Restoration work:

Engine rebuilt (less than 700 miles since rebuild)
Transmission rebuilt
Replaced: clutch/pressure plate; brake cylinders; shocks; king-pins
3-Tone Paint (Last year of the ‘woody’ paint scheme)
All bright-work re-chromed
New Upholstery
New interior paneling
New Headliner
New carpeting
New Glass
New rubber and seals
Complete rewire
Electrical upgraded from 6 to 12 volt w/alternator”
