Merry Christmas Everyone!
Just as a reminder,
Ann, my kids, and I will be spending the week in the Seattle area. I do have some updates scheduled to appear, but they will be limited. The kids leave on the 26th and Ann and I will be back in Pasco by the 27th, so I imagine normal updates will begin at least by Dec. 28th, if not earlier.
Lawrence and his dogs once again dressed up for the holidays. Thanks for the photos!
Even Cats Love Jeeps
I’m taking the evening off. I spent all weekend working on my book. The proof is ready to be printed. I ought to receive a couple proof copies next week so I can begin making final changes and correcting errors 🙂
Roberto shared his newest illustration that depicts a cat driving a jeep. My cats prefer to snuggle up in the seats and sleep (if they can get into the garage).

Roberto’s Latest Illustrations
Roberto Flores wanted to share his latest illustrations. They were created for a French bimonthly magazine “4×4 Story”. Number, or issue 62, is related to how enjoying the summer with your jeep and its windshield folded down. Vive l´été!!! Number 63 is also related to summer and how to going to the beach…in a DUKW! Roberto didn’t have a chance to translate the comics into english, so brush up on your french 🙂

Roberto’s Newest Illustration
Roberto shared the following, along with his newest drawing:
“I send you one of the comics drawn for French bimontly magazine “4×4 Story Spécial Jeep”, translated to English, This is the comic published at issue 46. The subject of the comic was the employ of the jeep during the vintage of wine at France. After WW2 many army surplus vehicle were employed by civilians and of course, at the areas devoted to the well known French wines. In fact, there was at least one winery commercialised a product called “Jeep”. One video at “You Tube”:
