It doesn’t run. The Kelly hardtop looks in good shape. It’s got some Allstate or Husky hubs.

“1948 Willys Overland CJ2A “Lefty” Currently not running – but has new tires, new gas tank, new battery. We have new points, coil, plugs, wires, etc also. Clean and correct title. Radio, heater, & turn signals. This is a very clean and straight 2 owner jeep barn find. Great candidate for a full restoration or mod.
It is one of what is known as a “Lefty”, one of a short handful of CJ2A jeeps built in 1948 that had the spare tire carrier on driver side for legal reasons. While its a small feature, its a rare thing to find one of these jeeps. Serial# confirms this to be true lefty. An ATV/Side-by-sides sell new for double this price, and this is road legal. ATV’s are not. You could buy it as is, have a shop fix it up, and have something WAY cooler than an ATV, that will do anything they can and more. Original drive train, it’s previous owner was a meticulous maintenance person, and after his passing, it sat for 30 years. Still 6 volt. Top is VERY well fitted. Dog not included”
This is a non runner with a Kelly hardtop. The bumper is unusual. This has the 0-8 KS speedometer with the needle still intact (a rarity).

“1956 Willys Jeep CJ5, barn find, not currently running, 134 hurricane engine, three speed manual, winter hard top, has Dana 25 front axel and Dana 44 rear end, heater and red vinyl seats. Asking $5,500”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $10,000.
Perhaps the price is just a placeholder?
“Old Willys, it has the original flat head The motor was rebuilt and at the most it had 5000 miles on it it has just been parked , it would make a great project car I would trade it for and older motor home or a car that runs good as well”
Ha a variety of updates. May need more work.

“2.4 Ford inline 4
Disc brakes all around
Painless wiring harness
Custom East Coast Gear rear Dana 44
New leafs and shocks and shackles
Have rebuild kits for the T90 and Dana 18 from Novak Conversions
Runs great, I had big plans for this Jeep but like a lot of projects am throwing in the towel to focus on others.
It belonged to the same family here in Taos from new until I bought it a couple summers ago.
Don’t need help selling, text or email please.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $300.
This looks to be a good price.
“Aluminum top from CJ2. Fits similar models such as CJ3A or MB or GPW, with a little work. Fair condition. Could use some cleaning and TLC. One window cracked on passenger door. Rear window needs work. Might have been known as an Arctic Top. 300 or make offer.”
There may be value here. This appears to have a Sears Deluxe hardtop.

“1950 CJ-3A project. Comes with 2 engines, one is a parts motor. Has a transmission and transfer case. Hard top has both doors and rear hatch. Will need to bring a trailer for pick up. No title, Bill of sale only. Asking $1100”
This has a Meyers-made Sears-branded hardtop with some Watson hubs.

“Willys Jeep in good condition. Motor runs great, brake work . It has been converted to 12 volt. Has aluminum top and doors. Body has a little rust but not bad for a 4”

“1946 C-J2 Jeep Willys for sale. 4 cylinder 3 speed. 47000 original miles. All numbers match original. Might need some paint. Runs and drives good. Ready to go. One of a kind! Asking $9800.”
It’s a pretty stock jeep for the PNW.

“This jeep is 90% original. Runs drives stops. New fuel pump. Very clean for its age. I just have to many projects and no covered area to keep it.”
UPDATE: **Sold** was $500.
Jeremy provided this photo to show the top installed on the jeep. Because this is a post 1975 hardtop, it likely won’t fit a 1975 or earlier CJ-5 due to the angle and width of the windshield.
Jeremy’s selling this hardtop from his CJ-5.
“Very nice Meyer/Orrville Jeep hardtop. Complete with full size doors, windows work well. Pics show it on my ’76 CJ-5. Stainless hardware included, $700 or best. Calls only: 7 3 4 – nine one five – 0 4 one one”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $300
Glenn spotted this top for sale, most likely sold by Sears and made by Meyers. Hopefully, someone can use it.
“Nice aluminum top with doors, door mounting pieces and windshield header. It’s in nice shape, not beat up. This will fit a Willys CJ2A, CJ3A, WWII Willys MB or Ford GPW. Hard to find in this shape. Looks to be a Sears tops based on photos I could find.”
UPDATE: Status Unknown. Was $2000.
This has the early reversed springs and a (broken) 0-8 KS speedo.
“I have a good 56 Jeep project that was sitting in a barn for about the last 30 years. It does not run. Complete and not dissassembled. Very solid body. Will require some rust repair on the right front floor and possibly the left front floor also. This is a project that needs restoration. I was told the engine was rebuilt many years ago and it was driven into the 90s. Bill Of Sale only. Two new front tires. Rolls well for loading. This is a project vehicle that is in good condition for being 65 years old.”
This appears to be a CJ-3A With a CJ-2A body OR a 3A body with CJ-2A bow holders(?). In any case, it looks in good shape with a Koenig hardtop.

“This is a 1950 Willys 2 door 4×4 utility vehicle that has been redone. Fairly rare with the hardtop and no rust. A repaint and restoration in excellent condition. Mechanically good, the Willys runs and drives and everything works. The brakes will need some attention.”
This appears in good shape.

“Complete Kelly full steel cab fits Willys CJ3A.
Basically consists of 6 large pieces.
2 lockable doors with frames that attach to the windshield. The door windows roll up.
2 side panels with large windows.
1 solid piece roof.
1 lift gate with large window.
Had very limited usage and only has minor surface rust from setting outside a couple of years.”
This jeep recently sold, but the ad included several good photos of a Worman hardtop. Based on the door rivets, this might be the “mail carrier” model, which included roll up windows.

UPDATE: Price dropped to $5000.
Lots of updates to this fiberglass bodied jeep. This has a Bobcat fiberglass hood and may well have a Bobcat body, too.

Seller is unsure of the model, but given the date provided, I’d say it was a 1953 CJ-3A or CJ-3B. I don’t see pics of the flaps that mount the doors to the body.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8500.
This CJ-5 looks pretty stock, though the V6 has been added (looks like a good install). It includes a good Kelly hardtop and a Warn OD.
“1958 Willys Jeep CJ5. Equipped with the original Buick 235 Dauntless V6 engine. 3 speed manual transmission. Twin stick T18 transfer case with a Warn Overdrive selector. This nice little machine starts right up and operates as it should.”
If the rust is as light as claimed, this early CJ-5 could be worth a look. Has a Kelly hardtop.

“Lots of new parts and recent work done. Very little rust, only on surface. Have service records of over $3500 worth of work done. Motor runs great! Hydraulic plow works and pushes snow well. Will remove at buyers request.”
Lots to like with this later model 3B. It has a Government plate, too.

“1959 Willys Jeep CJ-3B. Runs and stops great, drives well. New brakes all around, including new master and wheel cylinders. New seats. Front axle rebuilt with all new bearings and seals. All new glass in windshield and steel hardtop; all windows roll up/down or slide as they should. Very little surface rust. The only cancer is in the vertical seam in the rocker right under the driver side door and it is very minor. F134 engine with Carter YF carburetor. T90 transmission, twin stick Dana 18 transfer case, Dana 44 rear and Dana 25 front axles. Like new tires. I’m selling this for my dad, who does not use Facebook. It is located near Ignacio, CO. $6500 obo. This is a very nice, reliable flatfender that can be used as is or would take very little work to bring it to the next level”
