“1941 Willys Jeep body on a Fuller built 90 inch WB chassis, Wrangler springs front and four link and quarter elliptic springs rear. All Toyota running gear including 22RE, Toyota 5 speed trany, Marlin Crawler 4.7 transfer case. Toyota CV joint drive shafts, front and rear.Toyota cable operated locker in the rear with a trutrack in the front. Toyota power steering, cross over to Sky Manufacturing High steer arms, one ton tie rod ends. 35 12.5 15 BFG KM tires with 32 bolt beadlocks. It weighs 3040 lbs wet. 10 gallon fuel tank with a screw in cap, no leaking, like most old Jeeps. 1941 Ca license Plate The front and rear seats are covered in top material that has a 10 year guarantee in the sun. It has onboard air! Seats 4 grown ups.
It does the Rubicon with ease as well as Foredice creek. It did the Pipe Jam trail In less than an hour. With 5.29 diff. gears and 35 inch tires it is geared just like a stock Toyota Pickup. it is a little too soft to drive on the street at speed. Add one more leaf to each side of the the rear suspension and it is a great hwy runner. I have the extra leafs”

“I am selling a 1948 Willys CJ-2A trail jeep. it has been stretched 18″ in the frame.
*37″ Goodyear Wrangler MTR with 6 lug chevy wheels
*1″ YJ SOA out-boarded
*283 chevy V8 with block-hugger headers and Flowmaster exhaust mated to a Muncie rock crusher 4 speed/Dana 18 transfer case
*MSD ignition
*full-width dana 44 front and rear with lincoln locker in rear.
*30 spline axles with 1/2″ axle tubes
*full cage/tube fenders
*competition cut
*battery tray in back of tub
*race seats mounted to roll-cage

The jeep currently does not run (needs battery and adaptor between transfer case and transmission). It also needs to be finished, all the parts are there I just don’t have the time to complete it. Good running jeep last time I drove it. The title is free and clear and in my possession. No trades.”

“This 1946 willies CJ2A has been highly modified. It has had a new tub fabricated and stretched 28 inches as well as the frame being stretched. It has 3/4 ton Chevy truck axles geared to 5:13 ratio, a Sm 465 transmission with hydrolic clutch and a new 30 Pound clutch plate, and new clutch. It has 2 transfer cases, a Dana 203 in front of a Dana 205 with a triple levered cable shifter. A recently installed 4.3 Gm fuel injected engine, and power steering, tilt steering column, power brakes, air compressor, and disc brakes. A 3 link quarter elliptical floating pocket rear suspension and a 3 link coil front suspension. A Spooled Dana 60 rear Diff, and a Dana 44 front Diff and a ARB carrier. A wench, and a MB grill and head lights. There is a full cab, full cage roll bar, and costume rear gas tank. The rims are military Humvee bead locks, recentered to the Chevy bolt pattern, and has 37 inch Humvee tires with 95% tread all the way around. There are reinforced top rails in the tub at the top rails and door ways, as well as contoured skid rails built into the body at the rock line of the tub. I’ve spent over 500 hours fabricating this Jeep and and twice the asking price in expense. This vehicle is nearly re-completed, after the V6 engine upgrade, and the dual transfer case upgrade, but does need finishing.”

“Selling my Custom built 1946 Willys CJ2A. It has been stretched 2 feet. It sits on a 1976 Chevy 1/2 ton frame. It has power steering Power Disc Brakes, and it has the 350 engine and TH 350 Transmission. The transfer case is a 203 full time unit. The front axle is a Dana 44 and the rear is a GM 12 bolt with G80 Locker. It has custom bead lock wheels and 28″ TSL Mudder tires. The radiator is Aluminum, and sits between the rear frame rails. Engine has a new timing chain, Edelbrock Torker Intake and Edelbrock Carb. The Ignition is a GM HEI with Accel super coil. It has Headlights and a simple wiring system with flip switch and push button starter. I don’t have a title, but any chevy truck title and vin or Jeep title and vin would work, if you want to run it on the street. The intale is a K&N filter mounted high on the rollbar via snorkel, and the jeep will run in the water to the top of the windshield. Suspention is semi hybrid with no shocks, or sway bar for awesome articulation. no rust tub and very good military green paint. This Jeep will practically go anywhere and its comfortable to off road in because of the stretch and bucket seats. The rear seat is removable and seats 2. It’s a project.

“Here is a heavily modified old willys. Just about everything on it has been upgraded. Obviouslt the whole rear has been replaced with a tubular cage. I made it to offer great rollover strength but still mimic the classic body lines of the original willys, hence the curved door openings and the opening to fit the original willys tailgate.. The suspension uses Wider YJ leaf springs all around. reverse shackles up front and a 3/4 elliptical system in the rear, which allows for major flex. The old screw type steering was replaced with a heavy duty Saginaw box and beefed up custom linkage all over. All 4 wheels have been converted to disc brakes with stainless lines. the drivetrain however I kept stock, first, because of the nostalgia factor of keeping it willys, Second, because it has proven itself. Back when this was a normal jeep I could plow tons of snow and not slow it down at all or drive down the freeway at a fair speed. I have not started he engine in a few years but I’m sure it will crank over.
As I said, this is a project so it needs finished. Off the top of my head, it needs driveshafts put in, sheetmetal installed as the floor and sides (optional) brake lines run, pedals installed, amongst a few other things.
