Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $350. This was listed in Loganville, GA, in January of 2024. The price is dropped and is now for sale in Batesville, MS. It looks like the 305 engine was removed, hence the lower price. Thanks to Brad for updating us.
This body appears to be a Parkette style body (with the site swooshes) with a Bobcat type hood, but assembled together as a single drag-like body.

“X dirt dragster. Has no suspension. Has no transmission….Ford I beam front end. Ford 9 rear end. Ford steering wheel and collom and Gear box ford….Chevy small block 305 ci engine and headers and solid motor mounts……rusted locked up drum brakes on all 4 corners. This is an unfinished project….read this. the carburetor and distributor is not included …..I can part out…..located in Loganville GA”

(03/05/2024) The seller is correct; this is a classic PNW build, with the Desert Dogs, a V6, the diamond plate corners, the diamond plate side pieces, the Bobcat Hood, along with other updates.

“The time has come for me to sell my 1946 CJ2(ish) little beast. It’s sporting a Buick 198 fireball, t90, bobcat hood, Cadillac telescopic column, rather beat up 64 corvette seats, full set of Desert Dogs, ect ect. The top is pretty beat up but keeps the weather out about as well as you could hope. All and all a great example of a classic PNW jeep. It runs and drives but could certainly use a tune up as I’ve not been driving it much at all (hence the sale) Mainly looking for cash but could be open to trades for a newer jeep that would be more daily driver friendly”
This looks to be a custom build with a replacement body (2A ignition holes + military dash jockey box). This also has a Bobcat hood.

Listed as a 1942, the indents and gas inlet suggest it might be a VEC CJ-2A. It has a Bobcat fiberglass hood.
