This jeep is up for auction on the Big Toy sale on Tuesday September 26th. Look at the auction site for more details”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** was $5000.
(09/17/2017) Looks like a cj head rather than a military one.
“1942 original Ford Jeep GPW military jeep. Original engine, tranny (4×4) body, glass, top, etc. (wheels and seats not original) parked it running in a storage unit in 2002 and it’s been there ever since (it was put on non-op, no back fees). Still has the same fluids, so definitely need to swap all that out. No leaks. I don’t know much about it other than it ran when it went in and it hasn’t been touched ever since. The original wood hood has some peeling at the front, the rest of the body is straight. No dents dings chipped paint, nothing like that. Tires still have air in them. Spare on back. I pushed on the clutch and shifted through the gears just fine, and that’s all I know. Let the pictures do the rest of the talking.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $12,500.
Tool indents have been replaced/pounded out/ filled in.

A March 1966 article from Wheels Magazine reviewed the 1966 CJ-6 for Australian readers. This is being sold out of Britain. Their are four pages, but only two were scanned.
“Original Australian market black & white sales brochure being a factory issued reprint of a road test from Wheels magazine illustrating & describing the Willys Jeep CJ-6 Station Wagon.
No publication number.
Dated March 1960 and covers 1960 models.
4 page folder, well illustrated, English text.
20x28cm approx.
Very good condition, date stamp to rear cover.”

All four side curtains are with the car.
The top is old and one of the seams has separated.
The engine runs fine but smokes.

ABOUT WILLYS JEEP CJ-2A”
Will asked if I’d scan this brochure for him. In a post a couple days ago I thought the Bonanza III hardtop had wide glass pieces where the brown indents are, but it turns out those are just indents with dark brown simulated walnut stickers. This also shows that Kelly made Jeepster Commando and Bronco hardtops.
This is a print from an original negative, though the seller doesn’t specifically say that he printed it (but I get the sense that is what he did … I have enhanced the photo to make it easier to see). It’s a Willys T-14 6×6. Mark Askew, in his Rare WW2 Jeep book, has a couple photos of it from different angles, but not this one. It is one of four photos for sale as part of the auction.
Here I have an 8 ½ x 11 inch print from the original negative number 10B-36 of 4 Willys Overland Jeeps, 3 of which are tracked
Photos are marked as:
RT-284 TRACK LAYING JEEP – TJ MARK I – NO 1 WILLYS OVERLAND ENGINEERING NO. 2491-5-20-44
TRACKED JEEP – MODEL WT-0, SERIAL 02 – WITH GOODRICH TRACK RT-245 WILLYS OVERLAND – ENGINEERING NO. 2993-12-5-44
WILLYS MODEL MT-14 6×6 GUN CARRIER TOP AND SIDE CURTAINS INSTALLED W. O. ENG. NO. 1894-1-24-44
Very rare Piece for the Willys / Jeep Collector!”
UPDATE: Barry worked the phone on this. See his comments below.
Is this the gravity dump bed highlighted in a 1955 Willys News article? It’s not an exact copy, but it’s similar. Both tilt to about 45 degrees. Here’s the article.
Read the rest of the article here.
“Dumpbed Willys , snow plow lift , hydraulic pump and valve , pretty much all there , just rusty, does not run . Also has a clear PA title .”
https://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/d/1947-willys-cj2a/6315198226.html
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500.
Jim spotted this early CJ-5.
“Runs well, shifts fine and is fun to drive. The 4 wheel drive engages ( have not used ). Paint is likely more than 20 or years old. Old bondo in rear corners, some rust in floor braces, front floor has repairs, some bubbling under old paint (Orig color was green), small dents, but for a 62 year old unrestored Willys Jeep it isn’t bad. This is a Willys that has been used it’s entire life (not a garage queen). Has a North Carolina (VIN Number) bonded title. So it is ready to drive or restore.
Body fair. Runs fine. Fun to drive. Brakes, Lights, Turning Lights, Horn, Emergency Brake all work. Always attacks attention. Priced Right. Speedometer not working right. 63434 probably not correct.”
Looks good for the price.
“231 Buick 6 cyl motor, 3 speed, winch, tow bar, cooling fan,”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was No Price.
The seller believes this has a 1946 body, but looks more like a replica body. This may actually be a SCAMP rather than a VEEP.
“Fun to drive, draws attention and looks from admirers, great for street or desert.
This is a conversion of a 1946 Willy’s cj3a (army style) jeep into what was called back in the ’70’s a “Veep”, which meant a steel Jeep body with VW bug running gear (motor and trans). The Jeep body came out of a shipping crate never been assembled when i opened it and bolted it together in 2004. The engine is a dual port stock 1600cc air-cooled motor with a single solex 30 carburetor built in 2004. It has a type 1 transmission with standard 4-spd manual shifting. This Jeep includes the following features:
Four wheel disc brakes
External oil cooler w/ thermostatically controlled cooling fan
Fox shocks including external reservoirs in the rear
Stock beam front end
Centerline aluminum rims (new tires)
White front bucket seats
A rear bench that seats 3 on black diamond stitching
VDO vintage gold rimed gauges
The clear plastic windows in the doors was replaced in 2016
Many customizations..
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3950. Might have been a Pepsi Surrey.
Per Colin, 56337 18392 1960 DJ3A Yellow, floor shift, some modifications, bucket seats, chrome windshield grab bars, chrome front bumper. Could this have been a Pepsi Surrey? Very close to numbers of other Pepsi Surreys.
This is owned by Sherri and had the DJ featured in a magazine (Four Wheeler?). At some point, this jeep was stolen. It was returned to her in poor shape. It needs some restoration. (At least, that’s what I understand based on the text below).
“Willys Jeep flat head 4 NOT 4Wheel drive, 3 speed shift
Old military style clean engine like new, needs tires & seats mounted, have bikini top,
I have owned 40 years originally restored (40 yrs ago) & was in magazines “jeep was stolen & left in a wash for few years” when I got it back I started to restore again! Was told 1945 registered & pink slip 1960.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8500.
