Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “NO TITLE PROJECT!! I got was I was told is a 1952 CJ. Was setup for barrel racing until the previous owners started making modifications to make it a straight track drag jeep. I got it thinking I’d have the time to get to it but I don’t. I have the transmission for it, axles are there, only have the front tires now.( no rear tires ) cage I’d there but not mounted. Missing the steering rod. Other than that I don’t know much on it. NO TITLE!! Mainly interested in trades for a quad or dirtbike.”

“I am selling my 1943 Ford Willy’s gpw. I have had this jeep for nearly 16 years. I somewhat restored it while I was younger but left for school and it sat for a while only being driven once or twice a year until the radiator blew a year or two ago. Since then it has sat waiting for some love. I currently don’t have the time or the money to get this where it needs to be. Hate to let it go but it’s hard to keep. “I have a 1947 cj 2a that does run but will need some work. It won’t stay running I think it has a vacuum leak. It has the aluminum half cab with doors. I also have a running 4 cylinder and a parts 4 cylinder to go with it. I also have another jeep body that is in decent shape but needs floors. I have the floors for it just haven’t put them in. There is also another frame and various other parts. If you’re interested call me at [hidden information] or message me the put together jeep also has a title as well. Bill shared this rare Austin Champ. It seems a fair price, but the cost of parts is the killers on these.

“1958 Austin Champ British Jeep
The Austin Champ is powered by a 64hp Rolls Royce gasoline engine with a 5-speed gearbox (forward and reverse), and a clutch for 4-wheel drive option. It has 4-wheel independent suspension with double a-frames and torsion bar. The fasteners are British standard — Whitworth, the same as early British motorcycles. This vehicle has river fording capabilities. The Champ had sophisticated generating systems for field operations.
This vehicle was operable until early 90’s, and then it started to require more work than there was time for. This vehicle is being offered with an additional engine (that was purchased new from the UK in the early 1990’s), and a set of parts that include carburetor, distributor, etc. The vehicle is currently stored, along with the additional engine, in northern California. This vehicle is currently not running. All paperwork, registration and title. Buyer responsible for relocating vehicle. We can assist you in sorting out details of the shipping if needed.”

“1944 willies clean title has original frame with the machine gun mount it is sitting on a cj5 Dana 30 and Dana 44 with 4.27 gears has a t90 and dana 18 t case for pretty close to my asking price I can include a 81 jeep 2.5 that has the Chevrolet bellhousing pattern 4000 or make an offer on it the only rust is pictured and a little bit on the rocker right above the hole”
