Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have a 1962 CJ-3B has many trick parts,and new parts,i belong to my mother,and shes moving,.for details 618-214-8687. It has a long block with new eldo intake, New Holley, hei ign, center force clutch assembly t18 trans, Dana 20 transfer case, new seats, new master cylinders, New flywheel, radiator alum. 9 inch Ford rear end, 4 wheel disc brakes rear has spool with4:10, front is dana 35 with locker,.. minus headlines and bezels, lites,steering column, and 1 drive shaft. I don’t need $$ have 11,300 invested jeep, parts and personal time”

“First year in full production, have original motor/trans/xfer case, vehicle is 95% complete, have everything except some of the electrical. The engine turns freely, the window glass is good, the original seat frames are in good shape. I have all new brake hardware. The trans needs a full rebuilt and transfer case needs some of the gears replaced. Won’t take a lot of $$ to put together, just a lot of time, which I don’t have. Clear title, currently PNO, no back fees.”

“Bringing down these two tops hanging in garage for some time,either move them or sell them. One is half top I had on my 1946 CJ years ago, the other full top is from a 1951 CJ. Have one extra set of door so three sets of doors two hard tops.

Full top $300.00 with it’s doors.

This Kelly hardtop has side the fold outward. (the pic below might not be the actual top, but only an example of it)
” A used Jeep CJ5 8 piece aluminum top for a pre 76 cj5, I think, however, I was told it was on a 78, modified with some wood. The top has not been cut or damaged. All glass is perfect, I just decided I don’t have the time to mess with it. With new thicker weather stripping and a mod for each side of the windshield, I’m certain it would be a very cool addition, that’s why I bought it. All panels are removable which leaves just the top and the rear supports. I’ve added a pic of the door on my 77, the only real issue is the windshield, looking at it from the front, cants inwards on each side whereas the doors go straight up. The other pic with this top on the gold jeep looks to be about a 73. I’m in Rockford Illinois, buyer is responsible for shipping”

“1955 Military Jeep. This is a communications model jeep, which has an overdrive transmission. The jeep was restored a few years ago, and the only part of the jeep that is not correct is the rims and tires. They were changed out for a more comfortable ride on the pavement.
