There might be some value here.
“i think its a 46 jeep willeys been sitting inside for 10 years, has a plow, needs a clucth.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
Now that is a bent bumper …
“1947 Willy’s Jeep CJ-2A 12 volt flathead 4 cylinder. Extra chassis with transmission and top. Needs restoring. Runs good and 4 wheel drive works.”
That bumper looks suspiciously DJ-3A to me.
“I have a mostly complete CJ2A for sale, it’s just more of a project than I have time for right now. It has no engine or seats. There is a windshield frame but no glass in it. Has trans, transfer case, axles, etc. Steering is intact, it rolls and steers fine but one tire will only hold air for a few minutes. I have a spare front and rear that will go with it. NO TITLE. You can reply to the ad or text/call me at 7175870005”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1300.
This might make a good project truck.
“1955 willys 4×4,solid body no rust,302 ford,project truck as-is $1,300”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1000
No engine, but the body looks solid.
“FC-170 1959 Willys Jeep. No Motor. set up for 350 chevy. asking $1000 or b/o. Thank You”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1575.
You don’t see many Jeeps with a Datsun drive train.
“Fun times in this old Jeep. Drop the top, remove the doors, and enjoy the weather. Runs great. Has a ’76 Datsun B210 4 cyl. engine and auto. transmission.”
UPDATE: Was Make Offer. **SOLD**
This appears to be a late ’46/early ’47 CJ-2a.
“Willys jeep 4×4 for sale. Jeep is in the Sulphur Springs area. Extra parts include: engine head, fuel filters, coil, head light and more….”
UPDATE: Now priced at $7000
(01/12/2010) This has been family owned for nearly 50 years.
“This is a very nice 1943 GPW. 4 wheel drive. Has a 1964 Buick V-6 carburated, power steering ,soft top, bikini top, . Warn locking hubs. I don’t really know what it is worth. Would consider trading for a late model big bore ATV 4 wheel drive. Would also hear any cash offers. Road or offroad ready in every way. I had it all over the southern half of Colorado this past fall with no problems. Built by my father and I, Its been in my family since 1964. Call 918-261-8018………..Jim”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.

(06/20/2009) Here’s a very nice looking, albeit slightly customized, FC-170.
“1959 FC-150 CAB ON A FC-170 FRAME AND AXLES,CONVERTED TO REBUILT CHEVY 350 MOTOR ,REBUILTTURBO 350 TRANS,NEW OAK BED FULL LADDER RACK,NEW UPHOLSTRY ON SEAT,DIAMOND PLATE INSIDE CAB,NEW TIRES,STILL NEEDS TO BE CONVERETED TO POWER STEERING AND BRAKES NEED TO BE GONE THROUGH,85% DONE, SOME ONE FINISH MY PROJECT ,OR”
Ben spotted this mostly restored GTB. The seller has included lots of images.
“Due to a injury, I need to sell a few items from my personal collection. This truck runs and drives nice, and according to the previous original owner, had 8300 original miles when I purchased it ( has 8600 now). It has a Current Calif title. Four wheel drive works, Winch works both directions.
All numbers match, including Data Plates, frame, transmission and engine, which is rare as not all GTB’s have the number stamped into the engine block. Although the data plates say “Navy”, these trucks were delivered to both the Army & Navy. This particular truck most likely went straight to the Army, as the original coat of paint is OD green, and, as far as I can tell, there were no subsequent coats of Navy gray. I painted this truck when I first got it several years ago, and gave it a fresh coat this past summer. The numbers on the hood are correct, as found under the old paint….”
UPDATE: Still Available
(10/27/2010) This looks in good shape.

“1942 ford amphibious jeep serial # 4717 date of delivery 12-15-42 99% original but not restored.”
This appears to be a time capsule stuck in the desert. It will need some work, but appears pretty straight (except for the bumper).
“Not very often you see one of these anymore. 1951 Willys Jeep 4WD, Has winch, rebuilt engine. Has been sitting for a while so may need some work. Includes 5-gal jerry cans on back. Two sellers, who are also neighbors, each own a 1948 CJ-2A that they are selling. These are about 1/2 hour away from me. No images provided.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $750.
This runs! It looks like a steel for the unusual M-38A1C.
“Good looking JEEP that runs great! Need to let go because of Move. Needs minor cosmetic work done to body, but a rare, nice, Jeep for collectors. Top Speed 45 MPH, bring a car hauler!”
This is listed as a 1946, but is at least partly M-38.
“1946 Willy’s Jeep in good condition and road ready. Has a 4 cyclinder overhead engine, 3 speed standard transmission with high/low range, electric winch mounted on front and brand new A/T tires. Small amount of exterior rust damage below passenger side door.
$4,500 OBO. Call Kyle @ 940-229-4679”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was Make Offer
This Jeep was used as an advertising vehicle.
“This jeep is in AMAZING condition. It was a mid 90s restoration. Besides a few minor oil leaks this Jeep is ready to go. Love box company used it as an advertisment vehicle for years. Which explains the box graphics painted on the sides. The tires are new. The motor is a flathead 4cyl. It runs and drives great. Strong 4×4. Starts up everytime and goes down the road great. No rust on the vehicle at all. This is a must see for a collector. Ive seen similar CJ2A jeeps bring 12-15k. I would like someone to make me a reasonable offer. You wont be disappointed in this one. The restoration was deffinitely done right.”
This is supposed to be all original. It might be a good find for an east coast CJ.
