Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1954 Willys CJ3B , 4-Wheel Drive with plow. Needs some TLC, runs great, would make a nice winter plow truck or a restoration project. There are no brakes, vehicle has been sitting, floor pans are shot, but the little beast keeps running.”

This Jeep is sold as is. Everything appears to be there: engine, drive train and transmission. I don’t know how long it has sat and or ran. “1952 willys flatfender, Chevy 4.3L engine, high performance computer, everything in picture included, plus a few extras, no axles no tires, This was a project that I never got around to finishing. It is set up for a three link suspension in the front and back, includes rear drive shaft, transfercase and manual transmission, engine runs good. No rust on body or frame. A few weeks ago I stumbled upon the National Archives of Canada the other day, discovering a variety of WWII Jeep images related to Canadian forces.

I’m gonna guess this is an early 50s Wagon given the flathead inline 6 cyl.

Hasn’t run in 20 years.
“I have a Old (not sure of year) Willys Jeep.It was my late stepdads and he has passed away and i dont see any reason to let it sit and rust. The body is rusted pretty bad but the chassis and engine are in good shape. With some sheet metal work the body would be an easy fix. Does not run since parked 20 some odd years ago. would be great restoration project. comes with hydraulic dump bed.(custom made i believe not sure). It has a four cylinder engine and manual transmission. I would say this is a 54 from what my stepdad told me before he passed away. I do have a title for this vehicle but it will take a few days to dig it up but i will write a bill of sale if needed.”

“Was my plow vehicle So It comes with the plow. New clutch, New rebuilt starter with bendix. Starter not installed. I was going to start a rebuild of the body, Dont have time moving soon. The engine runs great. Heres two pics. The 1/2 cab is original and has two doors with it. The hydrolics work with the plow.Questions just ask. Needs a brake job has new shoes but slave cylinders need honed and new cups.950.00 or best offer You wont drive this away,It needs gas tank cleaned out(Kids were puting something in it,The starter needs installed,It needs seats.This is more of a restore project.it does run and drive needs some work to get it road worthy but a restore is what I was or will do if not sold. Pic by the plow has fender looking shabby?? I started taking it apart for restore but stoped,Till I have garage room for winter.”
