UPDATE: **Sold** Was $3500
“I have had this jeep since 1970. It includes a winch, rollbar and bimini top. Ready to go.”
What is that on the front bumper? A plow attachment?
“I am selling my willys ww2 mb. I don’t know the exact year, but I believe it to be between 43-45. It is certainly military. It has the shovel and axe grooves on the side. It also still has one of it’s black out drive lights in the front. It also has the machine gun mount plate attached to the frame, but it does not have the holes through the body. I am not sure if they were bondo’d over or what. The body is in pretty good shape. There are a couple rust through holes in between the two seats, but that is the worst of it. Original gas tank. The windshield is not original to the jeep. I have the original one with the gun mount brackets, but it has been modified slightly. Buyer can choose which one he wants. The jeep runs, but could use a carb job. I have taken it out driving in W. Texas and had no problems. I installed new plugs/wires, coil, battery, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and some used seat cushions. It has a correct transmission and the engine has a serial number on it above the water pump. Email for more pictures. There are no data plates. Please feel free to ask questions. I am fairly stuck on my price, but I am open to offers. The worst I can say is F@#* OFF. ha. Seriously though…. Money talks. 832-6four6-0347”
UPDATE: Price was $7400. ***SOLD***

UPDATE: We made it to Seattle, but the day was long and I’m exhausted. So, I will post in the morning (yes, I really will!).
I had planned to do updates tonight, but my kids arrived today, so the video games are trumping jeeps for the evening.
We are heading to Seattle in the morning to spend the week up there. However, I decided to plan a stop in Baker City and, finally, check out the “Paint Your Wagon” exhibit at the Oregon Trail Regional Museum. As a LONG time fan of the movie (Dad was a fan and, for better or worse, passed on the legacy) I have always wanted to stop there, but wanted to bring the kids along. And, yes, I can sing every song on the sound track, most by memory. That’s what happens when you get trapped on road trips in your parents’ motor home as a kid for hours at a time with only a few eight track tapes in the motorhome — you hear the same ones over and over and over.
Now, you probably think I run eWillys because of all the money, fame, babes and glory I receive. Not true! Instead, it is a story like this one that makes the work worthwhile. Nearly two years ago I started swapping emails with 15 year old Chris Ruhnau. He had a mostly stock 1947 CJ-2A and was having problems with some wiring issues. We worked through those issues, brake issues, battery issues, and even a girl issue. Last summer he spotted a CJ-2A just down the road from him, with a full cage and more for only $1000. He couldn’t resist, so at age 16, he was the proud owner of two jeeps. Clearly, he suffered from a case of Willys Sickness.
Over the past winter he spent time working on his jeep and going to high school. This summer, he got everything finished and found his way to his very first PNW event. As you will read, he had a great time. Nice work on the jeep Chris and keep on racing!
“Dave!!! You’ll never believe this! I raced my jeep today! The PNW4WDA put on a race in Ethel, Wa. I raced twice in the obstacle course! It was so much fun. I’ve never had so much fun! In both races I got the same time… 1.61. It was really hard though because it was really soupy. I only had 2 problems, my fan wire shorted out and then my battery died, but those are minor and i still had tons of fun. everyone was coming up to me when I was sitting in line and asking about the jeep and saying it was nice. I felt pretty good about that. A guy i know that races said that he’s going to let me take my jeep to his shop and we’re going to fix my steering and he’s going to give me some brand new rancho shocks so that my fenders and battery box wont rub on the tire so much. The guy that used to be the leader of PNW4WDA asked for my email, too, to let me know when the events schedule so I can race a lot this summer!”
There’s some value here. The body looks pretty good.
“i just start to restored but end up need the money,i have the title.”
