This appears to be a mix of an early 1946 and a 1948 with a fiberglass body thrown into the mix. So, it is rare because I suspect there is only one of those.

I upgraded the charging system to 12 volt and added turn signals also just installed a new exhaust manifold and tune up, starter, headlights and taillights….. ”
