This is located in Israel. It’s just kind of unusual, so I thought I’d highlight it.

Anyone have the right 1904 Holley (or 1909?) for the f-head installation into a flattie? I’m trying to help a reader find one.
If I understand correctly, these are the correct carb numbers: R-2003A und R-2003-1A (Ford p / n of CODE-9510B or CODE-9510D)
Here are some links with information about the Holley carb / f-head / flattie install

UPDATE: Was $5500. **SOLD**
This has not been restored. However, it has been dented.
“This Jeep has been in my family for years! (66 YEARS OLD) – EXCELLENT CONDITION!
ORIGINAL!!
Have title and body indicates “Willy’s Body CJ-2A Willy’s Overland Motors, Inc., Loledo, OH (USA)”
Always garaged NOT an off-body restoration!”
A diamond in the rough? Or just rough?
“Original condition, complete 1949 Jeepster. Parked (and hasn’t been run) since 1970. Was running when parked. All there, little rust, great project. Call or text 301-606-3893.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1200
This had a V8 swap in it. It has very early data plates, which suggests it was a VEC. It also has the tool indents. I can’t tell if it has a column shift still or not. It has the square washers on the windshield.
“i have a 46 willys jeep project. to many projects need to sell. it had a sb chevy in it. no titel bill of sale. i do have the engine that was in it but it was locked up . 1200 obo”
Steve forwarded this nice wagon. The Owl’s Head Transportation Museum is selling this wagon.

From the National Archives comes this photograph of a document used to record funding raising for jeep parts. There is supposed to be a corresponding blueprint, but I haven’t found the document yet.
“Cut Out Appropriate Photo and Paste Down Over Corresponding Blueprint on Jeep Poster as Each Part is Paid For”
Steve spotted this photo of an Armoured CJ-5 used by Armoured Banking Services to transport cash. On July 26th, 1966, this jeep was used to ferry cash to the Veterans Administration. A couple of men decided to make a withdrawal from the two employees carrying the cash into VA building, knocking them down with a submachine guns. You can read the whole story in the article below the eBay photo.

This is an article I found online about the robbery:
Craig spotted this unusual sculpture by Guillermo Forchino. Born in Argentina, he now lives in France. You can read more about Guillermo at his website.
“COMIC ART OF GUILLERMO FORCHINO TOUR OF DUTY ARMY TRUCK JEEP Brand new with the certificate I Was going to start collecting his work but I changed my mind this is a great piece comes in the original packaged material limited edition 5,000 I have a fair reserve price if it gets close to that I will drop the reserve If it is getting close to what I am asking what I’m asking is cheaper than paid and cheaper than anyone has on the internet Guillermo Forchino Tour of duty art army truck jeep sculpture military”
Craig forwarded this link. He says the FC in this postcard is his now (and he already has several of these postcards). This is another shot of the Ouray, Colorado, area.
UPDATE: *SOLD** Was on eBay
Is this a one off or an aftermarket extension of some kind.
“The Good:
This vehicle is quite complete. No major components are missing. Frame has minimal surface rust. Floorboards are solid, Only a few rust through areas on body. It has an unusual extension at the rear of the body, could be rare.
The Bad:
Will need complete restoration. Fenders bent, no windshield or mirrors, engine is seized. Left front brake binds at times (hard to push vehicle). /font>
I purchased this thinking I would fix it up. However, I’ve got too many projects, and not enough time or money to pursue them all. This vehicle sat out in the elements for quite a while. It looks like some kids put sticks and rocks in the radiator, battery and probably the engine. I have no paperwork for it, the guy I bought it from didn’t either. It’s been out of California’s system so long that it should be easy to get a duplicate title. I’d be happy to fill out a bill of sale if needed.”
This runs and drives. I can’t quite tell, but I think this has tool indents?
“I have a old willys jeep with a cab runs and drives I don’t know much about it I’m selling it for my dad. Would make a great hunting buggy. Questions or offers call 979-220- six six five three.”
This looks in good shape.
“Runs, shifts, stops and drives good!!! Nice clean looking car, top is in good shape. Just traded in on a new Chrysler. Has overdrive and is still a 6 volt system. Being sold as exempt mileage If you have any questions feel free to call or email me. matt@laportechrysler.com 219-326-6850 ask for Matt”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay
“I just finished restoring this jeep from the ground up as you can see from the pictures. Most every new part came from ” Kaiser Willys jeep” part house.I have all receipts. Everything either new or rebuilt. Frame has been sandblasted, primed and painted. The body was redone and the underside was undercoated with bedliner to protect it from the weather. All new brakes, excluding the master cyl. brake lines, wheel cyls, shoes and e energy brake too. The engine is from a 1953 Willys Truck, F- Head, 134. Runs great ,doesn’t use any oil. Holds good oil pressure. Has new Holly Carburator, fuel punp, water pump, clutch, preasureplate and throw out bearing. New radiator. The 3 speed trany and transfer have been professionally rebuilt and so has the front 4 wheel drive axle. New stock exhaust .New 12volt wiring. Has a rebuilt heater. New chrome wheels . rear tires are new, fronts are in good condition. The windshield is from a 1950 CJ3a for better viewing with new glass and rubber. The milage is not correct since the speedometer is a aftermarket one that I already had.I have driven it about 50 miles since I completed it. Everything seem to be working good. I have tried to fair and explane everything I can about the jeep.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
There’s an image of rusted out rear floor. The seller says it has been fixed, but maybe they meant different rust.
“This is just a great old jeep! It runs and drives fine. It is 12 volt. There was some rust in the floor, but we fixed it. Overall it’s pretty solid. It is an original jeep motor that’s in it.”
Dan spotted this truck. It appears in good shape.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on ebay.
Andy’s got this MB for sale.
“Nice restorable or great parts vehicle – Willys 45′ model MB army jeep. Has pretty decent floors, gas tank sump, and very nice front fenders, hood and grill.
Engine is a civilian block, and runs well, with many original accessories left on it. Drivetrain is original t84 transmission, and military full floating axles.
Frame is in good shape overall, and not rusted thru or bent anywhere. Unfortunately the heavy welded front plow mount will have to be cut off. Looks like it could be cut off pretty decently, or install some new front frame rails which are available as reproductions. Has rare late style pintle hook..
Seats are the original military issue. What is not shown, but included in the auction is the original military gas tank. Looks like the tank could be lined after its cleaned out.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
It doesn’t run. This appears to have been used by a vineyard at some point based on the stenciling.

Running when parked . . . Seller has this listed as a 1942, but it’s more likely a 1946 CJ-2A.
