This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Jake shared some pics of a t-shirt he found at the Soul City Dry Goods store in Missoula, Montana. The shirts do not appear available on line. I also don’t know the price or how much inventory the store has.

“1946 Willys CJ-2A It’s an older restoration but runs and drives well. Needs minor brake work “Master and brakes adjusted” I have a new master that goes with it. Also comes with original hard top that wasn’t restored but it’s there. Original 4 cylinder runs good 4×4 works. Cool truck just needs a little love $10,000 or B/o also open to trades for hot rods , muscle cars, corvette , boats or anything else cool. Willing to go up or down with cash depending what you got. Solid truck no rust issues”

“elling this original 1965 Jeep FJ-6A Fleetvan Postal Truck. These are Right hand drive postal vans, very rare.
It has the original vin plate on the dash, original motor and trans, currently not running.
You won’t find another one this clean and original. This size van would make a perfect project for your next mobile business vehicle, it turns heads. It’s a blank canvas for whatever you can dream up, ice cream truck, coffee, mobile bar….The sky is the limit! It’s a great candidate for a restoration.

This 3A has an interesting hood flap addition. It’s got some springs on the underside to hold it closed (I think). It’s unclear to me what it accomplishes? The seller does not want to ship it.

“I’m guessing 1942 Jeep, that’s what I was told by the folks that know in Arizona. The title says 1951, If that is an issue for you please do not contact me and complain, I don’t want to hear it. The engine runs, see video, I replaced the entire wheel brake system. Something is broken in the transmission. Front and rear differentials will most likely need to be overhauled. It has four brand new wheels and tires. Brand new windshield glass. It also has an over drive transmission. The price is firm If you have $5,000 in United currency and want to buy this jeep contact me. I have a clean Arizona title. If you want this Jeep, Bring cash. I’ll answer reasonable questions. I’m not interested in your estimate of the Jeeps worth. Obviously it’s worth less to you because you don’t own it.”
