Just this update for Tuesday. With our ‘blistering’ 95 degree day, I thought it would be a good idea to give Biscuit a bath on Monday. Amazingly, the kids thought so too. Kasia and Colter even helped!
Here’s Colter using the compressor’s air nozzle to blow out the pine needles inside of it. Pine needles get into everything around here!
Colter went from working to supervising Kasia. She listened to her music (note the earbud) and ignored him.
Once we got done washing the jeep, we decided to do a little jeeping.
This is the back gate from the road to the pasture.
Kasia took over the camera while I drove Colter, my niece Holly and my nephew Tommy all over.
There’s only about an inch on either side of the jeep as I navigate between the stump in the foreground and the fence in the background. If you don’t like scratches, this isn’t the place for your jeep!
You can see we hug the fence. This is why I’m doing the driving! Not that I haven’t hit the fence once or twice . . .
This is another stump that has to be rounded. The rear passenger wheel must be placed against it and then when the gas pedal is pressed just right, the tire bumps the stump and gets kicked out to the right. At least, that’s the theory.
