“RARE! 1941 Ford GP serial # 15093 delivered on 9-19-41.
I am selling this for my neighbor.
This GP was used by an old rancher to hunt on his ranch. Engine is free and reported to work good before the GP was put into storage. The body was primered to prevent further decay before it was put into dry storage. Body has some rust spots, dents and dings as one would expect for a 73 year-old vehicle that went to war.
Please look carefully at the pictures. Everything shown in the pictures is included. Some extra wiring and ignition parts are included but not shown in pictures.”

“1946 Willys CJ2A Runs well, needs a little starter work, other than that in great running shape. Frame is great (no patches). Has had body work at one point, steel plates added in bed, missing some body supports. We use it all the time driving around Carrabassett. Has a soft top for it and spare tire with the gasoline and water tanks. Also have 5 spare tires and some spare parts. Registered and insured in 2013. $3,500.”

“This willys has been sitting in my backyard for about 4 years. It is my dad’s willys. He had originally purchased it for a little property he has in Mexico but was not allowed to import it into Mexico. It starts, drives, and stop but it is really old and not really a good car to go fast in. I have been told that it is NON MILITARY because of the fuel neck filler placement but I am not a expert to confirm this. “Very fun to drive, and will get you all the places you want to go. Will go around town but not intended for highway excellent for rock crawling, hunting, camping or with a little work – car shows. “Original restored flat-fender Willys Jeep. Runs great, does not smoke or burn oil. No drips or leaks. Does not pop out of 2nd gear. Rebuilt flathead engine and tranny/transfer case. Re-cored radiator. All new hoses and wiring. New seat upholstery. New rear springs. Comes with new vinyl Tiger-Top. Includes tow bar and towing lights. Everything works: gauges, lights, vacuum-tube radio, heater, vacuum wipers, cigarette lighter, etc. New master cylinder and brake lines. Original 6v electrical system. Fresh paint. Recent shocks and u-joints. Added turn signals and seat belts for safety (and passenger-side tail light), and off-road lights; otherwise all original. Original rims go with it but not installed. NO RUST. No “Willy’s Wobble”. Current CA registration. Clear title.
Many other new parts not listed. This is an excellent driver, but not a show car. Great fun on desert trails. If interested, email me your phone number and I’ll give you a call (email through Craigslist). Thanks for your interest in my vintage Willys!”

“I have a 77 Jeep DJ5, right hand drive. She has the inline 6 with a 1 barrel carb, roof rack, gun rack between the seats, toggles for the backup lights (to make sure you backing up doesn’t scare deer), roof lights, both doors slide perfectly and I just primered the interior so I can paint it. She has a brush guard and 3,000 pound winch which works fairly well for a vehicle that weighs 3300 pounds total.
She has a busted driver’s side windshield (you can still see out of it but it’s a hunting Jeep so it hasn’t slowed me any.)”

“What was supposed to be a rattlecan overhaul, turned into a full blown restoration that consisted of over 700 hours of labor and a significant monetary investment. This Willys has been a southern California native since new with very little rust, and has not had any accidents nor has it endured farm work, off road abuse or butchering by its previous owners.
It started as a solid and original foundation that we expertly crafted into what is being offered for sale now. As a father and son team with over 40 years of automotive mechanical, engineering and restoration experience, we undertook this project with personal pride and without the intent of selling it. However, circumstances have changed, new projects are on the horizon, and it is now being offered for sale. We have the clean CA title and current registration in possession.
