“Cj3A flat fender jeep with a flat4 not currently running bit wouldn’t take much to get it going. Brand new aluminum radiator, motor is clean, carb needs rebuild kit installed and put back on engine and it will fire right up. Don’t have time to play with it any more so it needs to go. 1000 obo.”

“Unsure of the year but I believe it’s a 1945 Willy’s MB. It is currently decommissioned. The plan was to start the frame off restoration but no time to even start. Tub is rusty. Hood is decent. Any takers? The picture was taken BEFORE we decommissioned the Willys.”

“1952 Model, first year for the curved front fenders. Serial #MD18104, 21,680 original miles, 24 volt system, black out lights work. This Jeep is in very good condition. I have original four tires and gas can, all stamped 1952. It now has new Firestone military tires and spare. Very dependable. Canvas top and seat covers in very good condition. You want a piece of military history, this is it!”

“1947 CJ2A Willys Jeep in excellent condition, not mint, a driver. Low miles on rebuilt 350ci V8 engine with a performance cam. 3 speed manual, 4wd, tilt wheel, center console, ipod connection, heat, soft top in good shape with doors. Windshield folds down for cruising around if you like the wind in your face. Mileage is slightly higher than in the pic because we use it. Will listen to REASONABLE offers. It is for sale locally & I will pull the ad when it is sold. If you low ball me, don’t expect a reply. Too many toys, must go.”

Listed as a 1947 CJ-2A, Jim took a look at this and discovered it had a CJ-V35 data plate. He reports the “owner said he has not started it in 15 years….all tires rotted, floorboards rusting through. He says it is a CJ2A and I checked the firewall plate and it is a CJ V 10800. . . . Nice seats and windshield though.”

It’s got a F-head.
“This jeep has been driven less than 40 miles since I restored it. It has a 53 model F Head, 4 cylinder engine. New parts include: gauges, wiring, brakes, clutch, tires, seats, and gas tank. Body and wheels have been powder coated. I bought it from an individual in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho who had intended to restore it, but had not begun the process.
Price is $7,000. (obo) or will consider partial trade.

“Selling my running unrestored military M38 Jeep dated 2-52. It has a clear Tennessee title, new wiring harness, new tires, new YS carburetor, new seats, new batteries and spare tire carrier. Only rust on the M38 is 3 nickel size holes under the gas tank. M100 trailers are unrestored with solid floors and correct lunettes but sold with only a bill of sale.”

“We used the original frame and running gear and a new reproduction body. This vehicle has a 24 volt electrical system powered by modern alternator and new replacement carburetor on rebuilt engine. The transmission/transfer case has been rebuilt. It has all new brakes, brake lines, wheel bearings and brand new canvas seat cushions. Everything has been rebuilt on this vehicle. Top bows and fittings are included but there is no canvas for the top. This jeep has a PA title. More pictures available upon request.”
