It’s a shame to see this rare Hurst Edition Jeepster Commando. For someone who needs Hurst related parts, this might be an opportunity, but not a whole lot of value here. Based on the serial number of 68632, this is likely a 1970. On this page is a 66357 that has a production date of Feb 1970.

The owner before me welded the spider gears in the rear axle which makes it un roadworthy until they are replaced. Has a Jeep dauntless odd fire v6 paired with an original Willy’s 3 speed. Has best top seats, bikini top and full soft cab. Superwinch locking hubs in the front.”
