Seller is selling parts.
“Selling the extra parts from my 1943 willys project. What’s included in the package is as follows:
Body tub with brackets that are bolted to it, and the original Gages minus the speedo
Front fenders, good usable condition, need new braces welded in
Hood, again good usable condition except the rear most bracket needs repair
Both drivers and passengers seats are included. The passengers seat is perfect. Drivers seat has some rust that’s needs repair on the seat bottom only.
We are currently visiting family in Boise in order to make sure my mother-in-law’s motorhome is working correctly. We plan to head out on Friday for a trip towards the southern end of the Hell’s Canyon and spend the night in Oregon’s Wallowa Mountains. We had planned to drive a backroad from Halfway Oregon through the middle of the Wallowa Mountains to Enterprise, but the road is currently being rebuilt. So, we’ll look for a remote campground in the mountains north of Richland, Oregon.
I expect there will be no service out there, so I’m scheduling this prior to our visit there.
Stevie Welsh of Strike One Media wrote me looking for involvement in a Canadian road trip. A couple european fishing stars, Matt Hayes and Babs Kijewski, will be filming some fishing adventures in Canada. Along the way, the show will showcase not only the fishing but the history, parks, waterways , geography, wildlife, people, culture and experiences available to travelers.
What they are looking for is the use of an “iconic Jeep vehicle such as a Wrangler” for the trip from Thunder Bay to Toronto in August. If anyone wants to learn more, you can contact Stevie Welsh:

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
Looks like a good little jeep with a few mods.
“1947 Willy’s Jeep, This jeep was completely rebuilt 15 years ago, has new fiberglass body, new top with doors, rear seat with storage, spent $5,700.00 on parts alone, not counting labor. Has 4 cyclendar flat head engine, everything works great just 630 miles since it was rebuilt. To old to drive it & no place to park it. Real Sweetheart purrs like a Kitty, first $4,500.00 takes it home.”
The seller seems to be listed in the Klamath, Oregon, area, but is listing the jeep in California (probably due to the price). Looks like a nice rig. The jeep looks familiar, but I couldn’t find it in my archives.
“Registered as a 1950 Ford but is actually an early 1940’s. It has been painstakingly rebuilt from the body up by owner. Updated axles, transmission and engine. Too many upgrades to list but will answer any questions when you call.
Asking $40,000 since owner currently has $50,000 invested. Less than 1,000 miles since completion of rebuild.
Please contact me if you have any questions or would like any further information.”
Looks solid.
“47 Willys CJ2A. The photographer is so far away from the jeeps that he must be afraid of them!

“Selling my Willys: small block 327 Chevy, Mickey Thompson old school valve covers, Beard seats need reupholstered, runs good, needs TLC, original gauges”
Doesn’t run at the moment.
“I have a 1964 Jeep Willy’s CJ3B for sale. It is in decent condition for its age. It does need some TLC. It has been in storage for the last 2 years, engine turns over but will not start. I believe the fuel pump needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Prior to it being put in storage it ran fine. a new fuel pump and replace the brake lines and it should be rolling. This would be a great farm/hunting vehicle or project vehicle.
Has all cab panels but is probably missing some mounting hardware. I have a new gas tank that just needs to be installed. Also have original wheels. Heat and 4 wheel drive works.”
Surprisingly original for a Tacoma area jeep.
