(07/06/2015) It’s a project.
“I’m selling this Jeep being I was going to start it as a project but don’t have time now that I am a student. It comes with a 4 cly flat head that should be good or that is what the last owner told me. There is a parts engage as well but ether way both will have to be gone through. All the drive train is there and the body will need work however its a good start for a project car. I am not interested in trading, cash only please. I have the title in hand.”

The roll bar, seats, and steering wheel are not original. Newer tires in like new condition! Also includes tow bar as shown! Very well maintained and in great clean shape! Must see! Odometer shows just over 7000 miles, no documentation but believed to be original as these are not your family vacation highway cruiser, but more of a fun getaway on the trails on the weekend type of vehicle”

(02/09/2015) Seller bought this a few years ago and replaced a variety of items.
“Very clean Willys with 36,000 original miles, less than 100 miles in the last 12 years.
I bought this from the original owners grandson who had it parked in a garage for the past decade. Runs great. Really great compression in all cylinders. He claims that the engine was rebuilt 5000 miles ago, but he didn’t have any receipts. I have just finish getting it all together and now I need to sell it. I don’t think I have driven it more than 20 miles since all of the improvements.
Here is most of what I have done.
Rebuilt carburetor, rebuilt starter, changed to 12V from 6V, replaced almost all hoses, replace all brakes and brake cylinders including Master cylinder, complete tune up with new points and wires including valve adjustments. new battery and cables. New fuel filters and fuel hoses. New gas tank. installed a new inline fuel regulator. replaced valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket and all other drive train gaskets, new clutch pilot bushing. rebuilt steering column and more. I have pretty much rebuilt the whole thing and have tried to keep it as original as possible”

“Selling a 1959 Jeep FC170 4×4 cab over truck super rare! Jeep is in really good condition! New paint. New custom bed. New front bumper off a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. New wheels and tires. New brakes all the way around including master cylinder, wheel cylinders, pads, e-brake cable, rear brake lines. All new fluids. Engine is a Willys Super Hurricane 226 straight 6 flathead based off the Ford Flathead that runs great backed by a 3spd manual transmission. 4WD works great. 4.88 gears in rear Dana 50 and front Dana 44. The Jeep is slow but great for off road. Great driver right now, I drive it a few times every week. Needs a back window which is easy because its flat but have the window seal. Gets looks every time I drive it, everyone loves it. Looking to buy a house and selling this would make a good down payment or I would keep it. Jeep is almost all original except the bed and front bumper. Been trying to keep it as original as possible. Great for driving around town and showing off at car shows.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1050.

I had some changes in my personal life that pulled me away from this project for a few years. I’ve since lost interest so it’s just sitting. 1050.00 OBO may consider trade for Rat Rod project, an older under 20ft camp trailer or a late 60’s – early 70’s f100 pick up.
