Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1964 jeep fc170 pickup in non running condition with a 1973 ford 302 v8 engine.
the engine is siezed up; won’t turn over i got it started about 10 years ago but it seized up right away.
the cab is off the chassis for easier access to engine.
the cab is pretty rusty.
most of the parts are there to get it going again w/ another ford engine.

“Runs great has 18,000 miles on complete engine rebuild. Has 232 with hei and 2 barrel carb. 3 speed, Dana 300. Like new 31″ swappers. Only issues are rear break line needs replaced and transmission will fall out of reverse when you depress the clutch but shifts fine. Trade?”
