Valerio sent me some updates from Italy. He was able to get his 1975 CJ-5 vm 2.5L diesel racer into good enough shape to compete in a regional trial championship. He’s only got this one photo, but will share more if he receives more.
Let month Valerio and his friend Fabio trailers home two FCs. One is an FC-150 and the other is a Zanzi. They plan on restoring both vehicles. Those look like some good projects!

“Rare find, this flat fender jeep has no rust and runs and drives great! I’ve owed this jeep for roughly 25 years and it was my daily driver for many. It’s been garage kept that whole time and never driven on winter roads. Kids, moves and jobs have taken priority in the last several years, and now it’s time to let someone else love the jeep. This jeep is ready to go anywhere you want to take it: it could easily be made into a parade rig, and extreme 4 wheeler, or simply leave it a fun runabout. This is a truly unique rig and still sports many of the original Ford F parts. Text me at 4o6 5four6 two86two to come see it!

TJ spotted this Mule. It needs a clutch replaced, but could be worth a look.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/181653270941193
“two-cylinder Continental-Hercules two-cycle, air-cooled three-speed manual, non-synchromesh transmissions with two-speed transfer cases, and were four-wheel drive vehicles. All Mules except the A5 variants had four-wheel steering. This one has 5 wheel steering upgrade. Only the A5 variants had electric ignition as standard. They had no suspension aside from the low-pressure tires and the seat cushions. Needs clutch replaced. Will provide clutch but it won’t be installed. Has new carb and fuel pump.”
Listed as a 2A, this appears to be a 3A.

Hard to tell much, but it might be fairly stock.
“My family has an old jeep, it’s a relic that has been very hard for us to let go. It’s a 1947 Willys CJ-2a that’s been sitting in our garage for 30+ years. Was my great uncles. We wish we had the funds and resources to get this amazing piece of history drivable but it’s not realistic right now. The body is intact and everything is original besides a camo paint job my dad did a long time ago.. It doesn’t run and needs a complete overhaul because of how long its been sitting in our garage.
Fortunately, there are a lot of manuals online on how to do it.
I would love to see this jeep find a home to someone who would take good care of it and someone who wouldn’t mind staying in contact with my family so we could see the process of it being restored. and possibly have a ride in it once it’s finished being restored 🙂
Feel free to contact me for more details if you have any questions or concerns.
The buyer will have to come over and tow it themselves. we will do what we can to make it as easy as possible.”
