This jeep is for sale in Cuba (I doubt there are many eWillys readers there). The absence of a standard filler inlet on the driver’s side made me wonder if this was a DJ-3A.

Jeep hauls freight in India. A rugged U.S.

Runs and plows, just missing its rear.
“I am selling my Willys CJ3B. It runs great! Has the classic Willys hydraulic pump system, including the hydraulic cylinder and plow, which all works beautifully…that alone is worth some dough… I don’t have much of a driveway, but I used it to plow my driveway all last winter anyways. All the mechanics work well, but the body was in tough shape when I bought it.. I welded on some steel and cut off the bed because it was literally falling off the frame. I was planning on making a wooden bed on the back, but I have lost interest in this project. Buy it and fix it up, or buy it for parts. Sadly I never had a title for it…but there are ways around that if you are resourceful”

Might have an engine issue.
“51 Willys jeep for sale. Body, frame and interior in great shape. Original drivetrain with flathead 4 and t90 3speed. Engine will need work. Has no compression so believe rings are needed. Ran when I got it but weak. Drove it for a couple times and got worse. Was going to make into a river jeep but in too good of shape for me to do that. Brakes and turn signals work. Guy I bought it from drove it to work everyday. Still has foot start on floor. I think I have a bikini top for it. Will check for sure. Asking $3500. Clear title”

“2 Jeeps For Sale 1 is a 1951 M38A1 and other 1 is a 1952 or 53 M38A1. the white one is taken apart as i was going to put Jeep Wagoner axles under it with stock YJ springs. I have the frame and all parts to put back together. Medical issues forced me to stop working on project and have to sell. Both tubs are in pretty good shape for age.
Asking $1,000.00 for jeeps and parts, some new parts too that havent been installed yet, like outboard spring hangers for frame and all new spring mounts to go around the frame. The white one was the project and the yellow one was parts. Need new homes.”

“Selling my toy to fund another project, great running little Jeep.
Engine is the Buick dauntless V6, freshly rebuilt Saginaw 4 speed transmission, and a Dana 18 transfer case.
All new wiring, new seats, new fuel tank (mounted in back), new starter, newer tires, new exhaust, newer top w/ doors, new gauges, new HEI distributor, rebuilt Edlebrock carb, countless other new parts.
Body is fiberglass and so are the fenders and grill. The windshield and hood are steel.
Currently it needs a new front output bearing on the transfer case, which I have ordered. It is noisy and causing some leak from the transfer case. Might have it replaced this week yet.
Engine compression is strong, brakes are great, all things function with the exception of the speedometer (I purchased a new drive gear to be installed), and the fuel gauge simply because I have must have it wired wrong.
It is not a show quality Jeep, but is very clean and reliable.
Titled as a 1962 Jeep. Clean and clear title on hand. ”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3000.
“VERY RARE 1942 Ford Willy’s 4×4. This (Jeep style) military vehicle was only produced for about 3 months during the war efforts in 1942. You can see in one of the pictures (although it’s not very clear) the Ford stamp on the rear gate. This will have to be a full-off restoration project but with a new battery and a little help, it should run now. It still has the siren on the front right bumper where it was used as an MP vehicle during the war. No title, as they were not titled in those days. It will come with a bill of sale and will have to be bonded to get a tag. DON’T MISS OUT…. THIS VEHICLE IS RARE and according to all the internet sites I have looked at, for it’s year and condition, it is WAY WAY WAY under priced. I should be asking a lot more, but I have my eyes on another toy. Excellent shape for the year. VERY little rust (if any).”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1750.
Comes with two engines and other parts.

-Dana 30 and non flanged 44 included

The 231 V6/sm420/dana 18 combo were all in very good shape and worked just fine before removal. The 231 and 420 were removed from a friends jeep that was swapped to a V8 with an auto.
The Dana 18 Came from my wifes willys wagon that is getting a V8 and one tons.
The parts alone are worth my asking price and I am firm at $1750”

Probably more value in parts than in the project.
“I have bitten off more than I can chew. I picked this CJ up last fall with the full intention of fixing and restoring it. Times have changed and now that I have a newborn at home the Jeep isn’t high on my priorities anymore.
The guy I bought it from said that the Jeep was running when it was parked approx 15 years ago. I was told that the body was removed and the frame was fixed and coated to prevent deterioration. The original body (’69) is the red one. The body that is currently sitting on the frame is a ’70 or a ’71. I had the option of taking the original body or leaving it, I took it so that I would have the original VIN plate. I have the original doors, hood and grill.
Any questions, please ask. I MAY be willing to part it out for the right price.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(05/27/2016) The red one appears to be an MB/GPW.
