“I have a 1947 Jeep Willys CJ2A for sale Nice Jeep, parade vehicle or unstoppable 4X4. Supersonic 4 cylinder rebuilt with receipts by reputable jeep shop. 12V New Distributor. Everything works, does have the 2nd gear pop common to these jeeps and leaks out tranny not bad though just usual felt seals on these old beasts. I’m selling cause I wanna get something that I can take out and get dirty. This thing is too nice for me to do that! Serious inquires only no trades. $6000 firm.“
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6500.

“Clean titled 1947 willys jeep. Rebuilt engine, drive train, suspension and components. Overdrive unit installed on the factory transfercase for higher driving speeds. Best top tiger top included also a set of 16 inch rims. Runs and drives great.”

Blaine spotted this Bantam trailer at a good price.
“A really cool, rare & historic T3-C Bantam military trailer from the 1940’s. Has just the right amount of ‘patina’ with original ‘combat wheels’ & fenders. They are only original once! Bed is in good shape; has a tailgate, stake pockets, a 2″ hitch receiver, swing down ‘tongue stand’ and a 4 flat electric plug for the tail lights. These military trailers are getting harder and harder to find in this nice of condition. $950 cash – firm.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $8,000
To me the front clip looks a little longer than normal, but maybe it’s just an optical illusion.

It’s rough.
“Old rusty war jeep. Bought as a project planned to fix up, but between the truck I am fixing and this one… it’s too much right now. Needs total restoration. Made in about 1950-1952. Fun project for dad and kids or anyone looking for a neat project. I got this with no title. There is no engine. It is very very beat up and rusty also like I said NEEDS total restoration! Will require towing. For anyone who has dreamed of a restoration project that was affordable…this may be your lucky day. Would make a awesome yard art for any collector.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was$3500.
(07/21/2016) No good photos of the overall jeep.

“1959 Willys Maverick Wagon. Fairly rare 2wd Maverick wagon. Very solid and straight body which has been in the desert all it’s life. No engine but originally had the “F” head 4 cyl which was removed for a rebuild and lost but an easy engine to find if you want to go back to original. Has not been driven in over 30 years. Only rust is in the front floors due to the floor mat retaining moisture but other than that you will have a hard time finding a more solid wagon than this one. Interior is shot due from being exposed to the desert sun over the years. Has the straight axle/ leaf springs up front so if you wanted to convert it to 4wd it would be easy. It will make a great restoration, rat rod or custom project. $2500 Don’t contact helping to sell it- not interested. It’s a project and will need to be towed. Call and leave your # if your interested and I’ll return your call as soon as I can.”
Glenn spotted this one. He noted that one photo shows an OD Shift Handle that is worth quite a lot.

“We are open to buy or trade offers, even though we have lowered the price significantly below our investment into this project Willys wagon.
We purchased this Willys about seven years ago to do a full restoration in our restoration shop. We have never had time to get to it with all our other projects. It is in such nice restorable condition we would love to do the complete restoration, but are not going to get time to do it now that we are trying to retire and have key personnel shortage due to health issues.
This is a Willys Wagon in which the previous owner had started restoration. Many extra parts were accumulated and go with it, in the thousands of dollars value. I have seriously considered selling the vehicle parted out along with the massive amount of extra parts on ebay as it would be substantially more return, but have not done so yet as it would take so much time which is very limited for us.

No Updates Today. I’ve spent the last few days remodeling the garage so that there’s more light and more room to being working on Biscuit again. Updates will resume on Monday.
Steve discovered these 11″ canvas bags from Harbor Freight were an inexpensive solution for storing his tools under his DJ-3A spare tire. The first photo shows the bags. The second photo shows them under the tire.
Has fiberglass body and fiberglass one-piece front clip.
“We are selling our 47 willys cj2a. It has a fiberglass tub and one piece front end with a buick225 v6 and th400 auto trans. Roll bar and be stop tiger top with doors. Heater works great. Good 35 inch tires with matching spare. Runs great. Sounds mean for a 6. Call or text Steve. May be open to trades for…? Clear title and current registration.”
That’s one large front bumper! Despite that, it looks like a good price.
“Good condition Jeep Willys. Engine runs great, recently replaced the water pump. Brakes are good, recently replaced the parking brake cable. Body in good condition with no major rust. Set up for towing behind another vehicle. Has a PTO off the transmission which runs the winch. Lights and gauges work, but speedometer does not work. This jeep is clean and ready to head out in the mountains or just cruise around town.
Located in Afton, WY. 3.5 hour drive from Salt Lake valley. ”
