Steve spotted this one. Maybe some value here?
“1950 willys overland panel no reasonable offer refused ”
It’s a mix of parts.

Not sure how much value is here.
“I have a late 40s Willys Jeep CJ2A with original flat head 4 cylinder and manual transmission. It is a project does not run . Does not have title. Make me an offer worst I can say is no. ”
It needs some work.
“Ok I’m selling my cj6 that I’ve had for 25+ years. I don’t have time to work on it so wife said time to go. It’s been sitting for a while. I posted it about 6 months ago, but chickened out. Now it is time. Iit needs some love. Carb is bad, steering box is bad. Gas tank needs cleaning. I know it wont take much to get her going again.”
Ann will be heading for Spokane this morning and I won’t see her again until Sunday. So, I thought it best to spend time with her :-). Then, on Monday, we’ll be heading together for Billings to meet Robin for the first time, see his jeep collection, and then meet with Lloyd to pick up my new/old DJ-3A! Many thanks to Robin for running up to inspect the jeep (and my apologies for causing him to buy a Jeep Wagon from Lloyd).
Rob’s got his nice looking MB for sale. It’s got an engine issue.
“Reason for the low price is that the head or block is probably cracked. It’s getting water in the oil and quickly over-heating. We’re moving and don’t want to deal with repairs.
Original body. 10-yr old wiring harness, 10-yr old tires. Brakes work, e-brake doesn’t. Reproduction canvas top, seats, crash pads. 3-inch tear in top canvas on rear quarter seam. Horn is there but not wired. Needs new blackout light bulb, not wired. Ignition moved from floor to key in dash. Has after-market fuel filter added to the fuel line between pump and carb. 6 volt. Had repair/bondo work done underneath passenger-side step. Bumper has been modified from war-time specs, cut shorter and has welded brackets for a flat-tow hitch to be attached. Is licensed on a pemanent Oregon antique vehicle plate.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
Doesn’t run at the moment, but could be a great price. It includes an overdrive.
“1949 Willys CJ3a with an early 60’s Buick oddfire V-6 conversion. Recently rebuilt T-90 transmission with warn overdrive and model 18 transfer case. Last year the master cylinder developed a leak and it has been sitting since. Ran fine but battery is completely dead. Do not have the time to get it driveable again.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8650.

You see it as we found it.
4 cyl engine
With 4 wheel independent suspension.
It is basically all original. Has the original 24 volt system.
Comes with all the military manuals.
We do have a new top, still in the box from the owner, that goes with this jeep.
We also have the original doors and side curtains. They are intact and working.
We did give it an oil change, 2 new batteries, new water pump and master cylinder.
This would be a great hunting/ camping rig. A great desert runner.
It starts, runs and drives.
Has a clean Arizona title!!!!!

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1700.
Needs clutch, but runs, powered by a Studebaker engine.
“1948 Willys CJ, with a Studebaker Flat 6 engine. runs and drives well, however it needs a new clutch rod. at one point it was converted to a hydraulic clutch out of a rambler. the master cylinder went out and broke the old clutch rod it was in very bad shape and couldn’t be repaired. if you have a welder and time to do a little Fab work you can have yourself a beautiful willys. it also needs new lockouts. someone did a Bondo job on the body and painted it, the tires are like new runs great.
if interested please call or text above, serious inquiries only please. No trades
Fyi, at some point I will have time to fix the clutch rod and the price will go up accordingly”
UPDATE **SOLD** Was $2200.
Bill spotted this one. It’s listed as an M-38A1, but has a CJ-5 body. Still might be a good price given it runs/drives/has PTO.

UPDATE: You can view an article in which this photo appeared here. That link also suggests that the date listed for the photo below of Dec. 1958 is incorrect.
I just wish they showed more of the jeep! Is that a “Jeep” Dispatcher logo on the side? (see logo at the bottom). Looks like that jeep could be a DJ-3A. As for the Jeep Jamboree event, this one was help in Texas near South Padre Island. The same photograph below was featured in this article: http://www.ewillys.com/2012/08/25/1957-jeep-jamboree-from-texas/ (It seems I never scanned the article, I only posted the eBay pic, so I will get that done!)
“This is an original press photo. Jeep Jamboree relay race required the driver to bring back to his teammates a pennant that had been erected about 50 feet out in the surf. This fellow chose to keep his car dry and get himself wet by making the retrieval on foot.Photo measures 8 x 10.25inches. Photo is dated 12-09-1958.”

Looks like a good build.
“Selling my 1949 Willeys!! It’s beautiful and a absolute head turner. I get compliments and have had many discussions with people admiring it. It has a 215ci Buick aluminum block v6 and turbo 350 auto 4 speed tranny still equipped with the 2 speed gearing And original warn transfer case. It runs great and drives like a jeep if you know what I’m talking about…lol, has power steering covertion and 2 fuel tanks, soft top, Rancho suspension and 33″tires. Anyone into old jeeps or vehicles will definatly appreciate it!.”
