Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I’m selling my 1948 Willy’s Jeep. My Grandfather and I built 2 of them when I was little. I’ve hung on to it for years, keeping it in storage since 1993. I just don’t have the time or money to get it back in road ready condition. I’m tired of seeing it sitting. Someone should fix it up and enjoy it. I have a lot of additional parts as well. There’s been a piece taken out of the driver’s side entry way.
