UPDATE: Price dropped to $3500.
It’s a project with a Sears hardtop.
“Letting go of my ’44 MB. Awesome rolling project with a unique piece raily to never seen. This one has a hard top! It is an aftermarket hard top sold by Sears in the early 50’s and is prett rare as I have never seen another one on an MB. Has Buick V6 with cast iron block, great reliable engine. I have a few boxes of other spare parts to add in, seat pads, stick shift boots, brake cylindars, etc. Needs an altenator and a new front passenger side axle. Both easily findable after market parts.
Has been garaged since I got it from my uncle a few years back. It was in working condition when he parked it about 20 years ago and sat outside under a covered roof during that time, so pretty well preserved with very little rust issues. Other than someone stealing the altenator off of it, it is all there.”
UPDATE: Still Available. Last listed in 2011.

“1964 Willys CJ5 Jeep 4X4, 4 cyl F-head, 3 sp trans, 2 sp transfer, Ramsey PTO driven winch. The speedo says 22,000 miles but its not an A title. New tires, Fuel/vacuum pump, carburetor, Cleaned the tank, new hoses and belt, tune up, blower motor, removed the front end and rebuilt it, all three seats recovered, lock out hubs. It came with and original Willys 1/2 cloth top with doors but it was trashed but I saved the hardware and the cloth if somebody can use it to make a pattern more power to them. This is a 50 mph vehicle. It is also about the most unmolested CJ I have ever seen. Have you ever seen one with the original tail lights? First for me. Still has the canvas on the tail gate chains. No rust, even in the hat channels. The bad is, whoever had a jerry can holder on the drivers side like on the pass side and they must of caught it on something and slightly damaged the body where it mounted (in pictures). It needs a replacement glove box insert ($20) and glove box door button which believe it or not is not easy to come by for an original one for a 1964. Also needs the back brakes adjusted, I don’t have a hub puller to inspect. Runs good, goes down the road good, everything works. I bought this to avoid firing up my diesel to run to the store around town. Comes with a tow bar and that same whoever had a trailer plug in the front for towing. ”
Looks in good shape.
“1958 Willy’s truck. Tucson vehicle. No rust. All original equipment. PTO winch. Super Hurricane 6 cyl engine, 3speed trans. Orig transfer case for the 4WD. Almost new tires. Runs and drives well. FWD works well. Haven’t used the PTO winch in years, but believe it’s fine too! Rare specimen vehicle. Interior needs to be reupholstered? Hate to sell! Must see to appreciate. $17,500 , open to offers.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $6800.
(09/28/2016) Has couple updates. Looks solid.

“I have a 1948 Willys flat fender jeep for sale. Runs and drives good. Doesn’t stop the greatest – needs new master cylinder (50 bucks at napa). Sitting on 33″ buckshots with lots of tread left. Original L4 motor, with over sized carb. This is a great go anywhere wheeler. 2500 obo.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was Make Offer
Might have some parts value.
“Picked this up from a buddy who got it on a trade. Kind of rare 1955 willys M170 ambulance jeep used for the military. Very similar to a cj6 but the passenger side door area is wider than the driver side. Some were for stretchers, a spare tire and even a mounted gun… has a small block Chevy motor, not sure what trans or tcase, they’re just sitting in place, not sure if it runs or not, has a bunch of misc sbc parts, starter, extra intake, carb etc…had a cj6 best top soft top, frame is solid, body is pretty solid for the year. Has some rot in sections but all very repairable…there is a company that makes replacement pass side panels to make it to be like the cj6 so driver and pass sides match…front clip is just set in place, no windshield, 4″ springs on it, tires are shot, just rollers….would make for a cool off road rig or a great candidate for a full restoration which would bring in some big bucks. I have no time or motivation to work on it…I’d be interested in trades, off-road related stuff, 4wd utility quad, ford model a type sedan or coupe body………not sure a cash price, throw me some offers”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(10/11/2016) It’s a column shift.
“Still titled Minnesota $2,500 I brought this home a couple months ago but now, Medical bills and no work, I’m being forced to sell. My loss your gain. Frame is Solid and jeep rolls anywhere you push it. It doesn’t run but motor does turn over. I had the starter rebuilt. So motor will turn freely when I put the battery cables to it. I did pull the head and intake and sprayed everything with marvel Mystery Oil to free up a couple of stuck valves that today now move freely also. The Motor is a L-head motor. Also this jeep has a column shift which also works. The floor is peppered but the rest of the body is in good shape. Need any other pics email would work best.”
Not sure how the seller arrived at this price. It has no glass and has rust. I don’t see this fitting on a CJ-3B.
