Might make a good project?
“1950 Willys panel with a 51-63 v nose front clip. Also have the original 50 front clip if you prefer the flat nose instead. It’s on a Willys 4 wheel drive chassis rather than the original two wheel drive. It does have some rust along the roof and lower doors but all repairable. Had planned to do a V8 conversion but never finished. Asking $950. The rear doors are worth $500 by themselves. It’s a project so get your wife’s approval before calling, no trades, don’t need any help selling it, serious calls only. If your reading the ad it’s still for sale. Possible local delivery.”
Looks like the windows are a little dark.
“Upforsale are some old authentic military canvas items that fit mb,gpw,m38 41-53 ? Selling all remaining items as is package deal $600.00 for all….pick up in person cash.”note” I do not have any hardware or roof bows..

It’s a project. It has the wrong grille for a 1946.
“I have a 1946 Jeep Willy’s project that I don’t have the time to finish right now.
I have a very nice original frame that is rust free and in great shape
I have the body and fenders that are in excellent shape. The body is about 98% rust free. I have replaced the floor pans as well. There is a small rust spot in the back that I haven’t had time to replace. Other than that body is pretty much complete.
I have the original split windshield that has a crack in the glass.
I have original trunk lid as well.
I have original transmission/ transfer case. May need rebuilt but I’m not sure.
I have original grill, which is very cool looking. It has a broken headlight.
I have original tow hitch.
I have original front axel and original 4 rims in good shape.
I also have some extra steel in case you may want it to reinforce Jeep body some more.
I wanted to finish this Jeep and have it for when my kids get older, but my wife wants it gone and I just don’t have time for it right now.
Let me know if you need some better or more pics. I just snapped a few really quick.”

“1948 CJ 2 A – this Willy’s Jeep, has been in the family over 45 years. No rust to be seen under passage seat compartment, little paint boil but solid body. Everything is original. Jeeps this age will make you money, don’t dump money into a newer jeep that loses value. Selling for low blue book value, but better shape than most good book value jeeps.
I grew up around this Jeep (I’m 56 now) it runs and drive good, been parked for most of 20 years. Engine turns over, needs carburetor rebuilt gas runs through it. I don’t have the time or interest in getting it running, thus the low book price.
buy now, rebuild carburetor, change oils, repair seats, tires and its ready to roll for next hunting season CJ 2 – 1948 is $4,500 “
Has some fender rust and needs a clutch, but may have some value.
“Runs great need a clutch but I have it just needs to be installed”
Here’s an unusual mailer for the Mitsubishi jeeps.

Not quite a daily driver. Has some drive train updates.
“Up for sale is a 1965 jeep Wagoneer. Got this as a project, but i am buying a house so it is time to let it go. You don’t see a lot of the early wagoners anymore. It runs and drives, but needs a few things to be a driver. Paint looks good from 10-15ft, has a little rust, but a solid running gear. Here are the specs:
Fresh 283 sbc with mild cam and headers
Mustang Boss 302 top loader 4-speed
Stock Dana 20 transfer case
Dana 60 power locker rear end
Dana 44 front axle with disc brakes
Hurst shifter
Clean Oregon Title
Will need exhaust, tires, and a few misc. things to make it a daily driver.
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $1600.
Craig spotted this one. There could be some value here.
“The Jeep runs and drives but the brakes will need gone through. The frame has some welded repairs in the spot where these trucks normally rot. It still has the stock flat head Hurricane 6 cylinder motor. I bought it as a project truck a while back and I just have too many other projects. It will need some work done to it but is not a bad base. Im asking 1600. Itd be awesome to see it on the road some day.”
It’s rough and needs work, but does have a PTO and a bed extension.
“For sale is this great Jeep WILLYS, it’s a cj5 model willys 4×4. Wish we had the title but bought it off a good friend who had lost it many years ago. It was running and driving great just a couple months ago, now needs some minor repairs. The radiator is leaking and the starter needs to be replaced. Also needs a new battery and NO BRAKES. We’ve had this jeep for a good while but think it’s time to sell it and let someone else enjoy this fun toy. This model includes a pto that you can attach equipment to or a pump. Also you don’t see too many with the extended box in the back like this one. Does need work but overall an awesome ranch vehicle or great project.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3495
Has a little rust.
“I have a 1946 Willys jeep for sale.
Runs well.
Has some body rust (see photos) but overall fairly good condition.
It will need a new set of tires as its been sitting for a while.”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $2500.
Runs, but needs work.
“1952 willys pick up truck runs and moves but will need to be towed. Engine is a Ford 302 v8 with a manuel transmission. minor rust.”

“1962 Willys Overland wagon, Four-wheel-drive, Flathead 6 cylinder engine, 3 speed on the floor shifter, in solid working drivable condition, very rare, It’s A two door, all seats are there it is said that is it is originally a New Mexico vehicle and spend most of it’s life as a Forest utility vehicle. The owner’s manual is in the glove box along with other vehicle documents lots and lots of patina. Must see to appreciate asking $8,500 cash or trade for a rat rod”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500.
Not sure how much value is here.
“This is an Antique Farm Jeep from a Farm in Northeast Oklahoma. It was last tagged in 1983. Jeep originally had a metal top on it with doors. Because of this, there is very little to NO Rust out in the floor of the Jeep! Not like most you find!
This Jeep has it’s original seats and instrument cluster and they are good because they have been out of the weather. It also has most of the Engine parts with it all except the Engine Block. Transmission and Transfer Case are still in place. Jeep is very Straight and Original. Not rusted out like so many you find. Tail Gate is original and is 100%. Grill is super straight. Fenders are very good. NO Rust out along the foot hold where you get inside the Jeep. Windshield glass is broken but frame is in very good condition – again-covered by that original top which was removed in September of this year.

In September of 1961, Hot Rod Magazine published this article about the Saleea Al Jemel jeep club’s Sidewinder Cruise (first documented jeep club, formed in 1946) in Southern California. The article covers various V8 upgrades installed in flat fender jeeps, with a focus on Brian Chuchua’s Plymouth V8 install.
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1000.
Glenn spotted this unusual CJ-5. He tried to contact the seller, but had no luck getting a response. On the back of this is a Marsmith Auguer. Glenn and I couldn’t find out much about it. It appears to have roots in Phoenix, where a company called Dirtrix/Marsmith was located. I’ve included a few extra photos of other CJ-5s that have mar smith augers.
“jeep cj5 with marsmith augor machine. rebuitl motor. amc 6cylinder. everything works. runs great. work horse. have 1 auger. 1000 or best offer”
Other photos of jeeps with Marsmith augers. I don’t know if these are exactly the same or slight variations of the auger that’s on the CJ-5 above.dipos
