(02/09/2017) “1962 Kaiser Willys Wagon for sale. This a very nice, well kept original vehicle. It runs and drives as well as it looks.
This vehicle was purchased by a local ranch and it stayed there until a close friend of mine purchased it in 2014. We replaced all 4 springs, installed new wheels and tires, and replaced the water pump. It has had less than 50 miles put on it since this work was completed.
The original straight 6 was replaced with a 283 small block chevy. The original 3 speed Borg Warner T-90 trans was retained, and it shifts very smooth. The transfer case is a Dana 18 twin stick (Hi/Low & 2wd/4wd). Front axle is a Dana 27, rear is a Dana 44. I believe the gear ratio is 4.10.
The original paint shows very well. Two tone Fountain Green Poly over Plantation White. There are some faded spots on the hood, but I’m certain it could be buffed and made to shine nicely. The interior is in very good condition. The drivers side front and rear seats appear to have been re-covered, but still look good. The headliner has been removed. No rust to speak of as this rig spent the majority of it’s life in a barn shielded from the elements.
This would make an excellent restoration candidate as very little needs to be done to the body and the running gear is all functional. Or drive it as is, and enjoy it for many years.”
Sounds like it runs and drives.
“1948 keep willys Runs good”

There were several mowers developed for the early jeep. Some mounted on the side and some in the rear. Here are the ones I have so far:
1. NEWTON MOWER: Built by H. G. & S. Manufacturing out of Wisconsin, this mower relied on the Monroe Lift for mounting. Skilled users could attach this mower in only one minute, according the brochure.
2. NEWGREN POWER MOWER: Made by Newgren Company out of Butler, Pennsylvania. It mounted on the rear. (Later, this was marketed as the ‘Jeep” Farm Mower)

“Very rare 29 tooth warn overdrive unit with ultra rare adapter for Ramsey pto. Included is the Spicer 18 tranfercase (mostly complete with dual levers), Dana 20 transfercase (disassembled but mostly there), Warn 29 tooth overdrive unit, adapter to Ramsey pto winch, Ramsey pto winch, shafts, pillow bearing, Ramsey winch, cable and misc pieces. Note: I believe the transfercases are 26 tooth and that is why I didn’t finish project. Also these pieces have been sitting about 10 years in an uninsulated shop (surface rust is on most everything). These pieces were working when removed, but that 10 years ago. I didn’t notice any broken teeth but you need to inspect before buying. I believe almost everything is there, but sitting in shop for ten years I may have misplaced some things. Will not part, complete sale only. Price is firm. If you need more picks please email me and I will send them to you.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(05/22/2016) Looks in good shape.

Jonah’s selling his CJ-5.
“Up for sale is my 1970 CJ5 Renegade 1.
This is a great survivor with almost all the factory Renegade items still on the Jeep. There are many spots where you can still see the original “Winner Green” paint, most noticeably inside the tool box under the passenger seat.
Some of the more recognized Renegade items are: The two gauges left of the steering column, dual ballast resitors, factory dash pad, rear marker lights, and oil tank skid plate.
This Jeep runs, stops, steers, and shifts.
The original Buick 225 V6 has been upgraded with the Petronix ignition, new spark plugs and wires, new radiator hoses, water outlet, water pump, and thermostat.
Highly desirable Dana 44 flanged rear axle only available from 1970-1971
Factory rear gas tank and folding tailgate.
Warn locking hubs
Dana 18 single shift t-case and three speed T-14 transmission
Factory seats that need reupholstered

UPDATE: The jeep didn’t sell on eBay. It’s back for sale here: http://www.ewillys.com/2017/04/29/1948-cj-2a-paris-tx-2500
Mike shared this auction of a CJ-2A with a fiberglass body. In the background he spotted an FJ. It’s unclear if that is purchasable or not, but I was able to track down the gas station in Bogata. There’s also a pic at the bottom of this post.
“1948 willys cj2a jeep, has a fiberglass tub, so no rust through on body, chevy 350 v8 engine, was last cranked about 6 months ago, vehicle has been sitting in my shop for several years, needs a new ignition switch wired up, gas tanks hooked back up an some brake work, currently they are not working.. like I say the jeep has been sitting for several years an may need some tinkering here an there to get back on the road again.. the motor ran strong in it, has long tube headers, mild cam, 4 barrel edelbrock carb, dual point setup, it would be a great project for someone, I just don’t have the time for as many projects I have, so thinning the heard a little, have clean title 1948 in hand for the jeep, buyer responsible for pickup or shipping,”
Listed as 1941, this looks like a CJ-3A.
“Selling my old Willy’s Jeep. It’s an old military jeep. We have done some motor and trans work to it. It has 33″ BFG tires. Currently no motor in it but I have a 350 Chevy motor to replace the one that was taken out. It is fun and very fast with that big 350. Price is negotiable, but not accepting low offers, I would rather fix it up. $3800 OBO”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was No Price.
It’s not clear to me, but if appears the seller has invested $65,000 into this rig?
“PROJECT TRUCK! Go to Boise Craigslist Collectibles and enter Nissan Patrol. All Pics and huge write up on that page. Dont call me until you read all of it please. Its long but worth it. Not looking to make a killing but if I dont sell my wife will be killing me. Well over 30k invested. Also have another Nissan SD33t Turbo Super charged diesel w less then 200 miles on it as a spare motor that can be part of package. Comes with a brand new NV4500 5 speed and Atlas T-case. Over 35k invested in that as well. I have all receipts. 3 inches thick. Use as a Land Cruiser Range Rover Jeep recovery vehicle.”
Not sure how much value is here.
“This jeep is a great restoration project for someone.as you can see from the pictures she in need of some TLC but well worth the work when it’s done. It has a clean clear title and vin number on the frame. I bought it to restore but need the room now. I am asking 750 /OBO. The title and vin tag are wworth the asking price.”
It’s a project.
“Willy’s Wagon project. 2 wheel drive, Ford Mustang front end and lowered with Dana rear. 318 and 727 transmission. Some rust and lot’s of patina. Glass and seats included. Will be very cool… no time to finish.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $1150.
(03/01/2017) It’s a project.
“I bought this 1951 Jeep Willys with the intention of restoring it, it has a (locked up) buick v6 in it now. I pulled off the front sheet metal and bought a 2002 tahoe 4.8 liter to go in it. I have a bill of sale from the auction. It’s all there except gas tank. All these parts are easy to get new on ebay. I’m pricing it cheap to sell, we are selling our house and need to get it out. 1150.00 obo”
No pics provided.
