The hood lacks the WILLYS stamp, but the body is not post 1962, so this might be a mix of parts. Thanks to John for sharing it.

“A pair of 1947 willys cj2a jeeps for parts. NO TITLES. both tubs are pretty rough and rust in the floors. One frame is in decent shape. Axles seem to be good. Decent fenders, grilles, and a bunch of other parts. No engines/transmissions/transfer cases. Plenty of good parts here. Would like to sell as a pair. Also have some aluminum old Jeep/ford 5-5 1/2 pattern wheels that will go with them. Being sold as parts only. Located in Lewiston Idaho, asking $500 for the pair OBO. Possible trades, what ya got? More pictures on request.”

Bill shared this USMC Radio jeep. Note that the title may not be in the seller’s name, given it is a South Carolina title.

“FFrom what I can find out this is a rare USMC 1962 USMC Radio Jeep
Serial # 87509 DoD 8/62
1 of only 500 M38A1 Jeeps made for the Marines in 1962, I don’t know how many Radio Jeeps there were.
This one saw service as a Volunteer Fire Department Vehicle in South Carolina.
Pretty sure it was converted to 12 volts at that time.
Body is Rusty to say the least.
All of the Dash Data Plates are in tack, as well as the Radio instruments and switches.
The good part is that these Jeeps were under coated, so the frame is in really in good condition
And another plus on these Jeeps is that they were ordered with limited slip front and rear differentials.
You will not find that on any other M38A1’s.
That alone is worth the low reserve price.
I put a Battery in it, and it turns over freely
Oil looks good, radiator holds water
19345 miles on Odometer
16 X 7.50 Tires are in decent shape with no dry rot
Part it out fix it up, your choice
I do have a Transferable South Carolina Title”
According to the seller, the rear access doors added to the rear wagon door was related to this wagon being an ice-cream vehicle.
