“I am selling my hard to find 73 jeep commando. This is the C104 version with the longer wheel base, giving you much more storage area in the rear of the Jeep. I initially purchased to do a restoration/modification job, but took a new job that keeps me from having the time needed for it. I spent the last year collecting parts for this to get it ready to strip down and restore it.
Body is rough.

“100% Frame-Off Restoration
Way too much done to this jeep to even begin. Have pictures of the process, a notebook with $30,000 in receipts, and the contact info for the man who did all of the work. I bought it from him. He did most everything himself as a project with his son over 2 years. He did get the Camaro Green paint job and the original engine rebuild done professionally though. NO RUST…SS Bolts throughout, sprayed undercarriage and inside pan. She’s a PEACH!!
Please do not contact me if you’re not serious, or if you don’t know the history of this specific and rare vehicle…especially in this condition. I will include some pics, but you must see it. It took me a long time to find a cj6 of this quality.
You cannot drive it anywhere without getting lots of attention. CASH/CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY.
Includes new Safari Best-Top with doors, spare parts, all receipts and pictures of work. Does not use oil. Small/Slow leak around differential, but have not had the time to take it to get new seals. “1946 CJ 2A Willys Jeep. Nice rust free jeep that would take nothing to make it perfect, or do a military replica. Frame and underside look as good as the top side. Runs perfect, engine rebuilt. both differentials rebuilt, 4 wheel drive and transfer case work perfect. Warn Hubs, nice top, converted to 12 volts, all lights work, all wiring replaced, and I have the spare wheel. This is the original body not a replacement. Not many of these are left.
