This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1961 Jeep Willys station wagon, 6-226, 4×4, 90s restoration, garage kept. Very few miles put on since restoration. All original except transmission, transfer case, and engine block. Have receipts for parts, mechanics manual, and master parts list. California vehicle.”
Paul Barry of Willys America shared these photos he took from the 2017 Portland Swap Meet at the Portland Expo Center. The black truck is priced at $12,000. The red wagon has no engine. The other two trucks are rough.
No engine. Could have some value.

(03/18/2017) For Sale: 1955 Willys Wagon, Flathead Six, with overdrive, new transfer case, insulated firewall, 5 new Coker whitewall tires, Quite Ride Acoustic and Heat Shield Kit, new carpet kit, new upgraded 12 Volt two speed windshield wiper motor, new heater valve and new fuel sender. Other parts to be included: car cover, new alternator, new electronic distributor, tuneup kit and service manual. Not willing to Deliver, but will assist with shipping. Price Negotiable.

“1955 Willys Wagon
Brand new hurricane engine (0 miles), rebuilt transmission, 2″ lift, and all the parts to get her in great running condition. This Willys came from Alaska so there is minimal rust. The ole girl was used as a hunting vehicle and has had 3 owners. Lots of parts, original and new. Original full manual and clean title.”
Craig spotted this one. Note the backwards front fender in the rear. Can’t say I’ve seen that one before.

UPDATE: Back on eBay
(10/19/2016) These wagons were produced in Brazil between 1960-1977. Learn more at the 3B site. This is likely one of only a couple of these in the US.
