Those who have followed Ann and I on our eWillys adventures know that we do our best to provide nightly updates while traveling. I can confirm that doing those updates and keeping a group of people organized simultaneously was the most difficult thing I’ve done in years. By the time we neared Fairbanks, I was so sleep deprived I could barely write a cohesive paragraph. That’s a big reason I’ve had to delay the final two updates (trip from Beavercreek to Fairbanks and our last day in Fairbanks).

So, eWillys will be a little slow for the next couple of days. We’ll get it back on track over the next week.

It’s was our 5th anniversary last night, so I enjoyed some drinks and will spend the evening with Ann. I’ll update everyone on the trip Sunday morning.

A potential buyer was looking for some feedback on this one. I’ve sent them mine. My biggest issue was those front frame rails. they’ve been extensively patched.

“Here is a nice Jeep from World War 2. GPW engine, T90 transmission, with original front/rear axles. Nice straight body, but to be honest, unsure if original or reproduction?? All the holes on the tub have been welded up, which reproductions come un-drilled if I am correct?? Has 5 combats with new tires, tubes, and flaps. REAL NICE Jeep for the money. Willys Truck:

This one was in the Kaiser Willys 2016 Calendar. Colin reports the owner says there is over 100 grand in it!

1950 Jeepster:

The 50 Jeepster is a nice car with an older restoration, F-4 cylinder without overdrive.

1953 Kaiser Willys Aero:

The Willys Aero is a 53 with F-head 6 and overdrive. This sold for $13,500.

1950 Wagon:

A couple years ago I set up a twitter account, only to find out that someone named eWilly Santos. She acquired the eWillys twitter name before I did. So, I named it something slightly different.

Yesterday, I got back on to see if she still was using her account. She doesn’t, but hasn’t deleted it yet (I’ve sent her a tweet asking if I can use it). However, I also realized that folks were trying to give the site credit using @eWillys, but not knowing I didn’t have access to that account. So, I updated the name to @RealeWillys for the time being.

So, if you want to give eWillys credit on twitter, use the handle @RealeWillys
