“1942 Willys Jeep, 350 small block chevy engine, 4 speed manual with twin stick t case, 4″ lift 1″ body lift, 33″ tires with good tread, No top or doors, this runs excellent, shifts well, goes down the road like a 1942 Jeep would I bought this to tinker with over winter and fell into another project I’ve had my heart set on for months and finally got the guy to sell it to me so, sadly this has to go, and fairly quickly as I’m out of space and don’t want to have to store it. I have fixed a couple oil leaks, the carb is fully rebuilt, it still needs some odds and ends but this is a great novice project,as it’s easy to work on! UPDATE: Still Available. The body is newer than a ’41 and appears to have been modified a little at the tool indents. Also note the driver’s side wheel. It appears to be pushed back a little farther than normal. Thanks to Colin and Richard for spotting these issues.
This could be a slat grille. It has an early gas tank.
“up for sale is a 1941 willys mb army jeep. it has the 4cyl “go devil” engine with 3 speed transmission high and low range and of course 4wd. its all original except for the fuel tank had previously been replaced prior to purchase. also it has been converted to a 12v system. the windshield frame is included. it is bent but the glass is there. it also has a new carter carburetor. it DOES NOT RUN! We believe the valves are stuck(common problem on flat head engines) it will turn over though! asking $2000.00 OBRO. any other questions please call 12298152955″

“1943 Willys mb Don’t want to I will regret but family situation forces it yes it sucks willy is priceless piece of history and he runs and will out live us all He a mechanical dinosaur if u I stand that statement! Plan was I would have him forever and renew every inch when I retire and that isn’t happening now he is all origanl except headlights and motor is of 1953 flat head but 53 they angles the plugs for better power got a seal leak but nothing seals are felt and even new may seap a little that 1943 he is great and people love seeing him out on road. “I am selling my 1944 Willys Jeep. One of the cleaner Willys out there. The jeep runs great and is in good condition. It has a 4 cylinder, 3 speed trans L HEAD motor. The motor was fully rebuilt about 3 years ago and has been parked since. It does have a clean title. The jeep is 4WD. It has a tilt steering wheel installed and a back tow hitch and a front trailer hitch. I am including a brand new in the box top with doors and brand new wiper motors. The paint job is in good condition with no rust. The interior is in good condition but the back seats need to be redone. Not sure on the mileage because it has all new gauges but the current odometer says 10 miles. Also has new brakes.”
UPDATE: Was priced at $7800.
(10/02/2013) This appears to be a mix of 2A and MB parts.
“1946 Willy’s Jeep CJ-2A …Best Willy’s Body on the Planet.
Always Stored Inside and driven very little.
The owner of Elitch Gardens in Denver owned since new
Mileage is 1398 and is believed to be actual because of the long time it was in storage and the Excellent Condition of the Body.
This is a early Built Jeep with a 1945 Military Style Body with 1946 Options
Very Rare to find it with both combinations. Best of Both Worlds.
UPDATE: **SOLD**
(10/21/2013) Joe spotted this MB. It has potential.
“This jeep is pretty much stock. It has an AZ title and current plates. It has been in the family from the original sale date… There is a stamp on the transmission that says 1943, from what I understand this could actually be a 1943 that was titled for sale in 1946, but I am not sure on that… Some of the things that have been repaired include: Clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing.. New brakes and lines. New fuel lines and a new gas tank.. New 6 volt battery. The jeep runs good. It starts right and the engine is strong. It comes with a chrome roll bar and a Willys MB Maintenance Manual 1942 which covers this Jeep. We have a number of receipts from parts and work done over the years… plus some extra parts.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8900
(10/08/2010) This looks like a nice build.

It’s a project. There are extra parts.
“Selling for cash only: mostly complete Willys MB as a project or willing to part out with (2) L-134 Go Devil engines (one was running well in this vehicle prior to dismantling), one T-84 transmission (in vehicle, rebuilt by previous owner/works – but not smoothly), two T-90 transmissions; one needs rebuilding, the other probably does as well and has adapter plate attached for 283 cu. in. Chevy motor, two Spicer/Dana 18 transfer cases (one in vehicle works well, the other needs rebuilding) . Additionally, have spare Dana 27 rear axle, alternator, generator, starter, oil dip stick, bare block casting, two bell housings, flywheel, clutch parts (clutch needs rebuilding), misc. engine parts, roll bar, fiberglass hood, fenders, and post WWII windshield assembly with unbroken glass and wiper units. I’ll sell the body as seen in the posting with fenders, fiberglass hood, post WWII grill/light assemblies, and the original running motor (with the loose components in posting that were on that motor) for $1300 or with all extras seen in posting, and a set of Dominator 33×12.5 on chrome 15×5.5 rims that fit the MB hubs, for $2500. ”
