This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (03/08/2019) Body might be in good shape, though it’s had some work done.
“I have a 1948 Jeep Willy’s for sale, there is no engine, but it has a Chevy transmission. The body’s in good shape and would make a great project. What you see if what I have!”
At least the add doesn’t claim this jeep is “all original”. Nice to see a set of civilian top bows nicely stored in the CJ-2A bow holders. The body appears to have had the rear wheel wells replaced.

(12/14/2018) This might have a rare set of Thor Auto-matic hubs. Frame frame appears to be an MB/GPW frame. The body has a custom inlet and a glove box (though not a standard shape); my best guess is that it’s a replacement body or a customized body of some vintage. Title is from Thailand??
