Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. All the body is still solid and fairly straight. The 57 has been sitting up longer. The brakes are locked up and it’s in a little rougher shape. Both have been parked under a tree collecting leaves.”

Jim forwarded this poor truck. As he noted in his email to me, the jeep’s proximity to the trashcan seems appropriate. Still, there might be $300 in parts here.
