Drive train needs work as it will not shift into high range. Has tow bar and tows very well, body in great condition paint is in good shape. I’ve owned the Jeep 5 years as a farm vehicle; in those 4 years, I’ve put less than 3000 miles on it. The flatbed came about as a result of a rusted out body tub and my need to keep using it. It was installed winter 2012-13. Works great.

This runs and drives. Most interesting is the rare hardtop. Anyone recognize that?

“Hi I’m selling a 1966 Willys Jeep by the Kaiser Jeep corp. It has 87,115 original miles, originally a barn find stored for over 15 years with the same tires when parked. It is still the original arena yellow but could use a paint job. Has some what of a rare Buick 225/3.7L V6 only offered from ’66 to ’71, it is known to be a very dauntless motor and it is.
T-90 4 speed transmission
Dana 18 transfer case
Dana 27 front end
And the famous Dana 44 rear end
The jeep runs and drives great considering it didn’t come out with power steering and the 4wd works great also. Has the lock in/lock out hubs. It does have a little rust behind the front tires but not a rust bucket. It would be a great hunting/farm rig or awesome to restore. It does have a bikini and a hard top. The only problem I know that it has is it will pop out of first gear I was told it’s a cheap fix though.

This is a VERY EARLY CJ-5: VIN – 57548 10614. It looks like a great restoration project.

Willys jeep, 4 cylinder over head valve engine, rebuilt carburetor, new fuel pump, 3 speed man. Transmission, warn locking hubs 4×4 works great. 16″ wheels with mud grips in excellent condition. Heavy duty front and rear bumpers with hitches on front and back, new canvas top, front bucket seats, 2 rear passenger seats. Roll bar, good brakes, heater works, drives good, runs good. Eric spotted this CJ-5 with a crazy paint job. I’m not certain this has as title. It runs, but has a fuel leak.

“I would like to start with saying that I am not all that familiar with the jeep so I can not give a ton of details, but will give as much as I can (it was taken as part of a law suit, and I can not guarantee accuracy). In general the jeep appears to be in great shape with no apparent rust or dents. We were told the body was replaced a little ways back (I can not confirm it, but from the condition it seems way too good to be original). The paint is in very good shape, but may not appeal to all (with the exception of a troop of clowns). The car runs, but it does have a fuel leak (seems to be a fairly simple fix). I have not driven it since there are no plates or registration (as well as the fuel leak), so I can not comment on the ride. It appears to be the original Buick V6 engine with headers added. There is a plow set up installed, but we do not have the blade. We were unable to locate the VIN, but we believe it is a 65 (can not guarantee the year). Car is being sold as is. Firm at $3500. (no trades or paypal)”
