This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have owned this jeep for about a year. I have a clean and clear tile in my hands. It is in overall great shape and starts and runs great. Also included is a repair manual and a few boxes of miscellaneous parts. I purchased this jeep with the intent to restore and use as a UTV on my land in Michigan. However at 6’3 220 it’s a little too small for me and I have since picked a Series 3 Land Rover for that purpose. Please read below for detailed info.
The tub on the jeep is custom made from ~ 1/8” steel. The dash, hood, etc is original. I sanded the body down to remove all surface rust, coated it with por 15, and then sprayed on Liner Xtreeme Olive Drab Bed Liner. This body should outlast all of us. “Spanish jeep viasa CJ3B. Perkins diesel 4-108 engine. Everything works perfectly and runs strong. Just had everything lubed, flushed,checked and even replaced the gas tank. Brought this beauty from Spain w me and it is a ton of fun to drive around. There are a few rips in the seats as you can see in the pics but it is strictly cosmetic.”
