“1953 cj3b Willy’s. Currently has a mopar 318 v8 out of a 86 Dodge Ramcharger, also has the Ramcharger 4 speed auto trans and transfer case in it as well.
Has a Dana 44 front axle, passenger side drop, Chrysler 9 3/4 rear axle. Front axle is vacuum actuated 4×4, was planning on converting it to a push/pull knob on the dash(kits available online)
Original frame, in great shape, frame is stretched 12 inches and fully reinforced for the stretch. Stretched frame b/c I was planning on building a LJ type look, along with the need for the correct drive shaft angle. Axles have been stretched as well. Front is about 3 inches and rear is about 8. Original wheel base was about 76 inches, now is sitting around the same as a jku

Listed as a 1963, it is definitely earlier than that.

“Vietnam tough, tried and true. It runs. Helping my 73 year old neighbor sell it.”
The body is in great shape. This has a non-running L-134 flathead with a WWII head and a 1950s oil filter mount (probably a rebuilt engine). Tires look in good shape. Could be a good price.

“All stock. 4 cylinder, manual. Needs engine work. Not running. High hood.”
UPDATE: Status Unknown. Was $4750.
Could be a good price.
“One family owned Willy’s for sale. Looking for a new family to love. New points, wires, plugs, oil can, master cylinder, running good, lots of new parts. Not a daily driver but a great jeep to toy around in, has some popping in 2nd and 3rd gear due to needing some timing adjustments. Classic Willy and all the intricacies that come with that.”
Video of it running can be seen here:
The body has some patches. A 1967 shouldn’t have a Willys-branded tailgate.

“Selling my CJ3B high hood flat fender Jeep. Mechanically the Jeep is in good condition, new brakes, all lights and gauges work, and new tires. The body is looks good from a distance, but it has some areas of rust and several patches, as you can see see in the pictures. This Jeep has been a lot of fun, but I’m not using it as much as I would like to so it’s time for someone else to enjoy it.”
