This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I will be in Selma (where the jeep is located) from the 5th of July- 14th of July if you want to look at it I would like to sell it while I’m in town. I have moved to Las Vegas and with a 3 year old the jeep just isn’t practical. The jeep is In Selma ca Its registered as a 56 “Willy” so there is none of that bs smog stuff to deal with. But it’s actually a 40 something Willy’s chassis with an aftermarket tub. It has a small block Chevy 350 with a Muncie. Coil over Fox shocks in the front with 14” of travel and I think 10” Bilstien shocks on the rear. Pm any questions you want to Ask Open to trades that may be more family friendly”

(07/26/2020) I wish the pics were clearer. I doubt this is an M-38. This lacks a fuel inlet on the side. The hardtop looks to be a modified Porter & Reed hardtop, but I can’t tell for sure.
