These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Up for grabs Is a 1949 willys 4×4 jeep. Has lots of up grades. v-6 buick motor with intake / carb and headers stock transmission with warn overdrive. power steering. new tires. new top. Has tilt wheel. Tow bar. Roll bar. 6000 LB Winch. Lift kit.With only 52000 miles showing on the OD. Runs good Has been sitting for a few years but it is in a no-op.”
Listed as a 1945, this looks to be a CJ-3A.

The Grey one is the 51 Model, Runs & Stops. New Tires.
The Red Jeep with the Top is the 46 Model, has the desired Factory PTO on the Rear, Not currently Running, but all Running Gear is there. The Yellow & Blue is the 48 Model, Not currently Running, but all Running Gear is there.
No Titles .. Bill of Sale Only. All 3 have common rust areas as is common with most Jeeps of this era.”

It runs, drives is plated and insured. It is in very good condition. It is 68 plus years old. The electrical system was professionally upgraded to 12 volt. The engine is the original 4 cylinder Willy’s Jeep engine. New battery and plugs on 8/3/18. I have a long list of maintenance records and a clear Illinois title.

UPDATE: Price dropped to $1700. The gray body is from a 1956 or 1957 DJ-3A. It appears to have the King Seely 0-8 or 0-9 speedometer. The frame looks to be 2A.

“Willie’s jeep. Missing radiator otherwise complete. It was running 2 years ago and sounded very good, moved it backwards and forwards a few feet but did not drive it because the lack of the radiator. Pretty much parts or would need a new body, sheet metal is very rough. No title. It has a large hand winch that has mounts for the front or back.”
