Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have in my possession a 1950 willys cjv-35 (no title), these are a rare military jeep, 1000 of these were made in 1950 for the navy they are a military jeep they are a combination of the MB, M38 and CJ-3A jeeps
There are less than 100 of these left that are in conditions ranging from restored to a pile of parts
I also have a motor for it the motor is missing a few parts but I believe I have all the parts for it, the motor was running when pulled but was burning some oil and probably needs to be rebuilt (it is not the factory motor).these jeeps were designed to be water proof i have the air filter, oil filter and cross tube. the front and rear differentials, hood, and windshield have all been under cover until last week when i assembled the jeep. The front differential has new axels. The body has some pretty bad rust but the sides are in good shape.
The steering column is not factory
with it comes a 1947 cj-2a frame with front and rear differentials, the frame is in decent shape and has been under a tarp for the last few years.
I would love to see this restored, unfortunately I need to sell these to help pay for school and I have another project that takes priority. please contact me with any questions!

“I have two willys jeeps. I took them apart to make one Jeep and I just do not have the time. I am looking to sell as a whole or parts. I have the orginal L head motor with a brand new headgasket ran when removed , Dana 44 free float axels, New suspension, new gas tank, lights, bumpers, body parts, grilles, tires, rims, the Original 3 on the tree transmission, transfer cases, pto, seats, etc. The list goes on I have everything and more! A lot of new parts. Both frames are in immaculate shape one needs to be sanded. Texting is a better way to get a hold of me. All the parts are kept in storage.”

“I have for sale a 49 Willys Jeep that I found rotting in a field in the country and a Bantam trailer from the same era. I have a clear title for the Willys but do not have a title for the trailer. The price is for the Jeep and the trailer, for additional money($500) I have an aluminum cab enclosure with doors(rare option)
The floor pan need to be replaced as well as other issues(I have some really nice pans to go with it we ordered for another project that didn’t fit so this is some nice metal you can cut to fit-see pic)

If you are a Willys Purest come save this old girl before I put the tub on another frame and make a rat rod out of it with a black smoke puffing diesel motor hanging out of the front of it! “1952 Willys cj3a. Almost everything replaced or rebuilt. Sanded or media blasted down to bare metal then epoxy primed and painted. Rebuilt transmission, transfercase, front and rear end. All new brakes from master cylinder to brake shoes. All new fuel system from tank to carb, carb is a professionaly rebuilt origanal carter. All gauges, lights, switches, wiring harness are new and work great. New tires, wheels and tubes. New seat covers from beechwood canvas, new radiator, Battery, electronic ignition. To many new parts to list. Have recipts for all parts replaced. No rust, very clean straight jeep. Runs ,drives and stops as it should. This is a 62 year old jeep so if you are looking for a daily driver or something to do 60 or 70 mph in this is not for you. Please email with any questions or a phone number and i will call you back. Has had a few changes, but mostly stock.
“Desert Jeep. Mostly original. New electrical. Replaced generator with alternator. New drum brakes. About all that’s left to do is paint it. There are some minor chips and dings, but no major structural damage. I really enjoyed fixing it up and driving it around town, but I need room in the garage. The spare tire bracket is welded to the roll bar, so no stress on the back quarter panel. Yes, that’s a oogah horn in the photo; I still have the original horn. It just doesn’t sound as cool….”
