“1951 Jeep Willy’s CJ3A, Original Civillion Jeep, Only 14,112 Original Miles, L-Motor (flat 4 cyl.), 3-Speed Transmission, Unmolested Rust Free Body, All Original Interior, Original Canvas Top and Doors, All Guages Work As They Should, Shifts Nicely, Clutch Is Strong. This Willy’s is a rare find in the fact that everything is original and it is very complete with a Colorado Title in hand. If you are looking for a really, really, really fun vehicle to cruise around in than look no further. From my research and from what I have been told by several sources this is likely one of the nicest and most original complete CJ3A’s in the country, I have documentation dating back to the original purchase of it in 1951 and it has been in the same family since new. If you have any questions please give me a call. ”

Electrics have been changed to 12V but the 6V parts are with the vehicle. Vehicle has an original speedometer indicating under 10,000 miles to the best of my knowledge this is accurate. This is a package deal. Brian Miller is selling these for what he paid. The one on the right runs, but has a rusted body. The body on the left isn’t rusty, but according to the tag it’s a CJ-3A body (though Brian didn’t seem convinced when I mentioned it). He’s got more parts that go along with the 2A/3A package. You can call Brian at 515-559-4462.

“I am selling my ’51 cj3a Willys. I have had this jeep for about 8 years and have fixed almost everything! Starting with the brakes it has all new brake lines, soft to hard. Brake drums to wheel cylinders. Master cylinder all the way down to axel bearings. The steering box has also been rebuilt. It has a new worm gear, pitment arm and trailing arm which has eliminated all slop in the steering. I built a stainless gas tank which is around 20 gallons and fits all the way across the jeep seats and gives more legroom. Also, all new hard fuel lines and pump. New wiring from front to back. New starter, radiator, stainless battery box, bumpers (both front and back), new exhaust and rebuilt exhaust manifold, rebuilt transmission, and new bucket seats. The body is bedlined green.

“I have a 1951 Willys CJ-3A Jeep for sale. It has the flathead 4cyl in it. This Jeep runs and drives good….The brakes will pump up and work, but go down when it sits ….I drive it around the neighborhood on occasion…. Look the pics over good, this Jeep does have rust, but is all repairable…. The tires are dry rotted but they have tubes so they hold air fine…. It has a new exhaust manifold… what you see is what I have..I don’t have a Title, but it shouldn’t be a problem to get one…the Boat Battery in pictures does not go with the Jeep.”
