This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I was going to make one out of both but have lost interest, both roll easy.

“Hard to find 1950 Willy’s CJ-3A with soft top and tail gate. Has a manual transmission and a rebuilt motor. Would make an excellent project. Asking $4000 OBO.”

“Two projects. One 1947 CJ2A mostly original. Reproduction windshield frame, Tiger top, 10,500lb winch, two sets of wheels and tires. Runs and drives. Extra transmission.
Second jeep is a disassembled 1952 CJ3A with an M38A1 frame. 2001 4.3v6 from a manual Silverado. SM 465 transmission with Novak short shaft kit. Warn overdrive from Herm. Dana 18 transfer case. New CJ5 tank. New CJ5 leaf springs (2-1/2” lift) stock axles. Parts list goes on. Prefer to sell everything as a package but may consider piecing out. Lowball offers will be ignored.”
