(01/03/2014) This 2A has some truck axles.

“This is my toy. It is a 1946 willys cj2a. we re built the jeep frame up last winter and recently put willys jeep truck axles under it. When out one time with the axles, and it went very where I asked it to. It has brand new brakes front and rear brand new brake lines and hoses. It has the original 134 flathead 4cyl in it, plenty atrong and doesn’t leak a drop. Alone with the t-90 tranny an dana 18 twin stick transfer case. All lights work on the jeep, and brand new 1/2 in lift shackles. It also has a 1 1/2 in body lift on it as we’ll. The rear axle is a dana 53 and the front is a dana 25. The tires are 31×13.5-r15 with white spokes. The rear axle is also welded and open in the front. Has a flowmaster on it and it sounds good. Everything works on the jeep and out performs most jeeps this age. We’ll taken care of and did not have a rough life. Fourwheeled, but not hard. Only trading it cuz I want to go bigger. Has brand new starter, alternator and brand new gas tank and fuel pump. Runs like a top. Lookin to trade for a cj5 or cj7 or a wrangler. Anything lifted an built for wheeling. The data plates might be the best part of this jeep.

“Here is a 1946 Willys Jeep CJ2A that is shot but has some useable parts. Serial number 28759. The tub is shot. The frame is shot. The engine is frozen solid. I managed to remove 2 spark plugs and the other 2 broke off in the head. I filled the cylinders with ATF. Then my dumbass broke off an “easy out” in one of the plug holes. Now the head will have to come off to be repaired. 🙁 I do have the radiator for the jeep and it’s included in the sale. I do not have a title for the Jeep. All the data plates are there and match each other. Windshield does fold down. The tires are all 7.00-16. There are no tie rods on the front wheels. The trans shifts between 2nd and 3rd gear. But not between reverse and 1st. The transfer case levers both move. I will also give the winning bidder a hood, Grill and 2 fenders from a CJ3B. All beat up but better than nothing. ;)”

“1) A nice solid completed 1946 cj-2a with a fresh professionally rebuilt dauntless Buick v 6, and it has power steering. Makes it extra easy to drive with plenty of power. Been my daily driver past couple years. $8500.00

2) This one is the best deal I think you will find, for a 1951 jeep, this one is in all parts and pieces, has a bare (looks new) very nice clean frame with the machine gun mount. Frame has been blasted and primed comes with a rusted (ruff) body that has the original ID tags to get it titled. Has leaf springs with stock axle, but does not have a paper title at this time, lost. But you should be able to get a Wisconsin title because it was last titled in Wisconsin. I have done that with a couple other autos that I had bought and restored, not that big of a deal (simple) and I can tell you how, if you don’t know or have never done it.
$1200.00 (price includes engine and trans)

3) 1951 with the original frame that is mostly complete and original with rust (no rust holes seen) but nice. It has newer wider, higher geared axles, has no body but does have the paper title.
