“Must see in person to truly appreciate ( i know everyone says that but i serious), color is not as overwhelming, and truck really is sweet.
Up for sale a 1947 CJ2a show or go Jeep, this jeep has been in many local shows and has taken home loads of hardware for being so unique and in such great condition. Restoration completed about 3 years ago with only 500 miles since restoration. 95% of this jeep is new, from the engine and transmission to the rear axle spindles and bearings and gears of the rear end with all receipts to prove it, even minor components such as cowl weatherstripping and fuel tank neck grommets have been replaced…..outside of the dana 18 transfer case and front axle, and front drive shaft, pretty much everything else has been replaced with new upgraded components!!!
Looks in good shape.
“completely restored. good condition. make me an offer.”

“For Sale: 1946 Jeep Willys CJ2A on a CJ5 frame? Also comes with Dana axles and 225 V6 Buick engine. This is a very neat looking beast that could be loads of fun as well as a real eye catcher. I purchased this as a project to upgrade with my son, but find myself with too much else going on. This is drive ready and most everything works, but it is clearly not a highway vehicle. It also comes with a full soft top (not pictured). Email or call me if you have questions or want to come look at it. Serious inquiries only. The price is firm.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5800
Looks solid. It has been painted khaki green.

recored the radiator
resealed the gas tank
rebuilt the transmission
changed from the original CJ2a windshield to a CJ3a windshield
added a spare tire carrier
bought 5 new rims and tires
installed a sunshade’

“1950 CJ3A JEEP flat fender, complete and running! This Jeep has it’s original drivetrain, however it is believed that the engine has low miles since overhauled. It has been converted to GM 12v but still has the manual solenoid floor switch. It is a civilian model, has a factory heater, has had rust issues repaired, has new brakes and new 30″ tires. Seats have been reupholstered in military canvas and it has a matching bikini top…NOTE: Top and seats not shown in posted photos, will forward more current photos to prospective buyers. This Jeep could use a little attention on the wiring updates as it still has much of the old fabric wrapped wiring. Did I say it runs and drives? Clear title and tow bar included. Perfect for parades and cruising!”
UPDATE: Was $2000. **Status Unknown**
Seems like a reasonable price.
