“1947 Willys CJ-2A Jeep. There is a long story behind this jeep. The short of it is, my father purchased it in 1948 from a lady that thought it had blown the engine. I took it over in 1973 after it really did have a blown engine. Restored it and used it as transportation all over Arizona through college years. It sits a lot now and needs a good home.
Mostly original. Besides TLC it needs the radiator repaired and left front hub replaced. Besides those it is in good mechanical condition and is mostly original. The 134-4 cylinder engine runs smooth, and the T90 transmission is like wise in good condtion. Quite a few extra parts including springs, axles original hubs, etc”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $9000.

“Offering for sale (2) 1946 Willy’s Jeeps CJ-2A. We bought these as a project and know now that we won’t have time to complete it. There is a titled jeep-includes a snowplow. (07/03/2016) Needs a tune up or more.
“12 volt system, no mechanical problems 4wd good, needs a tune up idles rough”
This is a mix of parts.
“I was told the jeep was a 48 model bit I can’t find an id tag on it that indicates the year. The pervious owner installed the drive train out of a 1989 jeep Cherokee in it. It has power steering, power brakes and an automatic 4×4 transmissionWas sitting for about 3 years. I’ve gotten it to fire up off a iv bottle fuel tank and I have moved it back and forward. Definitely needs carb rebuilt and a tune up. I was going to turn it into a toy but I don’t have the time or money. The front drive line needs installed and the vacuum engagement for the front end needs hooked up. It’s being sold or traded as a project. Needs work to be a safe vehicle. Willing to trade for? Let me know what you have. I don’t need any furniture or antiques though.”
