Also includes a stock spare with a very old tire. Floorboards up front need repair. Windshield and frame are savable but rusty. Fuel tank is out for a flush and air filter, stock, is all there. “1946 Willy’s CJ 2A purchased in 1979 followed by a ground up restoration in 1980 which included conversion to a 12V electrical system. A refurbished engine was installed in 1989. Well maintained and stored inside during the winter. Minimal usage during the summer with the longest drive being to the Dairy Queen in Turtle Lake, WI.
Note – milage is an estimate. Speedometer read 5,388 when purchased and replacement (used speedometer) had 10,594 on it when it was installed in 2007.”
This looks solid.

“I have a two 1940s CJ2A Willys Jeeps parts vehicles for sale. I used these to help restore my 1948 CJ2A. There are still some bits left on them that someone may be able to use. One is just a frame and the other has the tub although the tub is in pretty rough shape. You will need a trailer and a winch to get these out.
Asking $500 for both or your best offer”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8000.
Looks in good shape, though needs ‘tuning’ of some kind.
“We have a 1947 Willy’s jeep. It has a few things that need tuned on it but for the most part is good to go. I used it for a little while back and forth on the highway. It’s a super fun little rig”
This has a fiberglass body.
https://willysforsale.com/ads/46-cj-2a-runs-and-drives/
“This Jeep starts, runs and drives. Fiberglass body tub and fenders. Windshield, hood and grill are OE. 12v conversion. Minimal frame rust and no apparent cracks. New fuel tank. Brand new full manual set. Hand brake doesn’t work. Needs tires and shocks. Oil seeping in several places from the drive train. When I purchased this Jeep, I was told the brakes and the clutch had been replaced. I have not verified that, but the brake lines have been replaced and the backing plates are solid. The clutch does not slip or chatter. The roll bar is only for appearance.”
UPDATE: New Ad.
(06/19/2023) Here’s a rare lengthened CJ-2A that’s been repainted since we last saw it. The new paint does make it look better.

Way too much to list. Just give me a call.
NO TITLE. BILL OF SALE.
There is a very easy, legit, and fully legal way to obtain title for this jeep. If you’re interested, I’ll gladly tell you how.
A brief rundown about this jeep:
It sat in a while in a field at the original owner’s property. I don’t know exactly how long. I was told it was in a shed.
It was VERY not running when I got it.
There was very clearly some work work/maintenance done to it however..
What I have done over the past 2 years:
I was going to make this into a plow vehicle, but have decided to stick with my atv.
