Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I’ve tried to keep it as preserved/ correct as possible. All original minus the new master cylinder,all rubber brake lines,gas tank, sending unit, gauge,soft 8 16” rims with 285 iroks 0 miles,new leaf springs 9 leaf packs in rear ,10 leaf packs in front, pivot brass bushings with bolts,new head gasket.All new parts are omix-ada. Has extra parts – 5 original 15 rims and tires original leaf spring packs and full Arctic top( not in the best shape but good for parts) Original paint.soft top is in excellent condition and has little rust. “1946 Willy’s/ Bobcat body, brand new 4×4 after market frame built from ground up.
1 ton ford transmission(100 miles rebuilt), married transfer case( 100 miles rebuilt), 383 stroker motor (900 miles rebuilt, can, hardened rods, summit racing pistons), Dana 60 axils front and back, four wheel posi, New super swamped 39.5 tires, 15k wench front mounted custom tow bar, Bucket seats ( frame mounted with 5 point harnesses, custom alluminum gas tank, rear seat original. Great for someone who likes quality built performance.”

“Except for the battery all parts are there. Needs one new/used 31X10.5×15 tire too. Purchased it for a project but am moving from the country into the suburbs and don’t have a place for it. The original VIN plate is there and reads CJ2A 223340. Bought it from a gentleman that used it as a farm vehicle. Last time it was registered was in 1971. “1947 willys jeep street rod project. This is a feeler. I am realizing i don’t have time to do these full on projects. I have 1 complete cj2a body, 2 sets of fenders, 2 hoods, 2 grills, 1 tailgate, 1 windshield frame and one front cowl/firewall sand blasted. Also 2 new rear fender sections. Custom built 2×3 frame with 5.7 hemi, 45ref trans and ram 1500 rear axle. New tires and wheels. I have a title and vin tag. 2005 hemi pcm and wiring harness. This is an awesome project that I just don’t have time for. I have a lot of money and time invested, my loss is your gain. $3000 firm!”

The entire body has body liner on it.
“1948 Willy’s CJ2a Jeep. The entire exterior has been rhino lined so it will last forever. The underside has been painted with a truck bed liner for protection as well. New larger gas tank has been added as well as plastics race seats. Runs and drives, but as with most cars this old, could use some maintenance. This Jeep was my granddads and I have loved making it mine, but it’s time to move to a new project. This Jeep is sold as is and buyers will be required to sign a bill of sale.”
